The heater was leveled when we turned it on. However, the fan was hitting something causing a racket. We had to tilt the unit to a 30 degree angle for it to stop. Not good. I could not reach the company's support. I went inside to email them. When I came back out, Tommy had discovered the issue and fixed it. The issue was a manufacturing fault. I was amazed as to the quality and workmanship. Received a finished drawer that was a upgrade to the quality of wood that drawer was originally crafted. I received top quality job/workmanship. Michael was a personable and didn't leave without ensuring things were okay with him and me. Truly a rare find in the world today.

I needed a kitchen wall cabinet and microwave installed. The cabinet looked like it was falling…read moredown so I needed it fixed before installing the microwave. I had several people that offered to help. When one person tried to get the cabinet fixed, it fell apart. I had to find new cabinet. I could not find a 30 x 16 wall cabinet. 30 x 18 was too big. I got a 30 x 14. Several people, who I now call idiots tried to install the new cabinet, cutting holes in all the wrong places. They also marked up the wall and ceiling in the wrong places and drilled holes all over the place. I'd had enough. Beside not knowing what they were doing the stove was moved out if the way. I had no microwave or stove to cook. I put a request on Yelp and a savior named Michael the owner of the Transformation Shop replied. After I told him my horror story he said he would look at everything and see if it could be done and give me a quote. Two days later he showed up said he could fix it all up and gave me a very reasonable quote. I accepted the quote. Instead of setting up a date to fix it, he jumped right in and started work at once. It took him about 2 hours and it was completed. I was so excited. It was after 4 when he arrived so I thought it would be several days before I could actually cook in my own kitchen after a month trying to get this work done. I had a microwave and stove and my kitchen looked fabulous. I thanked the good lord for sending Michael to save me from a total disaster. He was great to talk to, he asked my opinion on options, and most of all he listened. I could not be happier or more excited than I am. My girlfriend stopped by and she was amazed at how great it looked and was functional. Thanks Michael for a great job. I'm sure I'll be calling you again.

Things started off good with Joe and his crew but when all was said and done he left us with…read moreseveral issues that we ended up having to spend extra money on to resolve. We spent over $75K for his services and in the end he just stopped returning my texts. The three biggest issues he left us with, were a washing machine that drained straight into our crawl space and onto a wooden beam that supported the house, a spot in our flooring that gave in when you walked on it that he assured me he fixed (we live over 2 hours from the home he was renovating and took him at his word on this) and an air conditioning unit that didn't work after construction was done that we later found out after hiring an HVAC guy was a broken wire from the thermostat to the unit that wasn't broken before construction started. We ended up having to run a whole new line to the unit to fix the issue. In time and money we probably spend an extra $1000 to fix these issues and there are still a few smaller things that need attention but that we cannot get to right now. All and all we just weren't satisfied with the quality of work for the amount we spent. BTW, he has changed the name of his business from URC to Universal Interiors Remodel

They got everything done in a quick timeframe and were always polite to us if they needed anything. We'll definitely be using them in the future for any remodeling we need!
