We wanted someone to look at our roof after a recent storm, and Ridgeline was recommended. We called and Michael said he could come the next day to take a look. So I changed my schedule so I could work from home, and he called my husband and said he would be here in 20 mins. 1.5 hours later, my husband called to see what was happening (I had to move some calls so I could go out when he got here) and he said he got pulled in another direction. He said he would be out at 2PM. At 1:30 he called and said he drove by our house and he couldn't access because his ladder was too short/his drone was out of batteries. I doubt if he actually came by, because he was in our neighborhood the previous day looking at our neighbors house, so he knew the general height of the houses. Alright, so he said he would come the next day. Neither of us were able to stay home (which we told him) but when we texted at 5PM he said he wasn't able to stop by. Guess they didn't want our business! Oh well!

I bought a brand new house from David Perry construction 2 years ago and have been extremely…read moredisappointed with their work. I' had to completely replace the garage door ($3500) because it was installed incorrectly and ripped after 1 year, tear up and redo all the flooring in the first floor because of cheap materials (not waterproof, they are coming up, splintered my 8 year olds foot, and warping from any water exposure whatsoever) ($8000) and now I have roof leaks that I'm getting estimates on. This is a 2 year old house and should not need a garage door, floor and roofing replacements. It's very frustrating to keep having to deal with issues that would not be coming up if things have been done right the first time. I would not recommend buying a house from them or getting repairs done from them. Hope this helps the next person.
