My family group of 6 from Michigan had a wedding to go to in Louisville on the weekend of July 8 to 10. I wanted a limo service at our beck and call for all three days . After researching the several offerings in the Louisville area it became clear that the only company willing to accommodate our needs on our terms was 2 vets and a Limo. They were very reasonably priced, and they were always on station and ahead of scheduled times. They came bearing gifts for our party. And as hot as it was in Louisville that weekend they always had an ice chest full of ice cold water for everyone. The limo was comfortable and had a kick ass air conditioner thank god. All of this and what is to follow was made possible by the greatest driver I have ever had the pleasure to be served by. His name is Richard and when you use this company you want to make sure that you book this driver. He absolutely made this weekend for my family. We have two physically challenged individuals in our group and he made sure accommodations were available for us. When we asked for dinner recommendations but we weren't sure when we would be ready (Because the restaurant was crowded on a Friday night) he made two separate reservations under different names to make sure we would have a seat. We flew in on a privet jet Friday morning and wanted to see a lot more than to just to attend the wedding on Sat. night. I had scheduled the following for our group. Friday Pickup at private airport. Louisville slugger museum tour Lunch Woodford reserve distillery tour. Check-in hotel Dinner Back to hotel. Saturday Churchill downs tour Lunch Back to hotel to change for wedding Drive to wedding Pick up from wedding Back to hotel Sunday Checkout hotel Drive to Belle of Louisville riverboat brunch Drop off at private airport. All of this went off without a hitch, never late, always on time or ahead of time. Even when the wedding turned out to be a bomb and we were scheduled for pick up at midnight, at 8:30 it was obvious the wedding reception had bombed..... We called Richard and he was there in 20 minutes to Wisk us away from the disaster with a suggestion on where we could go so the rest of the night wasn't a total waste. We ended up drinking mint julips poolside at the hotel after Richard was kind enough to stop and pick up 2 fifths of Woodford reserve and Julip syrup so we could mix our own drinks. I got to tell you that night poolside was the highlight of our weekend..... and we didn't have to do a thing... Richard provided everything we asked for, All we had to do was sit and enjoy all the family laughter our splitting sides could endure until 3 in the morning. If something went wrong with my plans he always had a suggestion for something else to do based on our interests. In closing I wouldn't even consider another company and I will only have Richard for my driver. If it came down to a choice between Richard and changing my dates... I would change my dates period!!! "AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! My recent encounter with this company left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. Despite having positive experiences with them in the past, I will never use their services again. Initially, everything seemed smooth - we booked a 16-18 passenger party bus, and the company was accommodating and helpful with our itinerary. They even promised amenities like ice, extra drink storage, and bottled water upon final payment. However, things took a drastic turn less than 48 hours before our scheduled pick-up. The company called, but failed to leave a voicemail, leaving me unaware of the issue until I checked my email later. It turned out that the bus we booked was suddenly unavailable, and we were offered a backup limo instead, with no compensation or upgrade options provided. The lack of professionalism and communication was shocking. Our disappointment only grew when we realized the limo had a strong chemical smell, faulty anterior air conditioning, and no promised bottled water. Despite expressing our grievances, the company showed little effort to make amends or accommodate us properly. When we reached out to express our dissatisfaction, we were met with hostility and told to be grateful for the alternative. Based on this experience and similar reviews, it's apparent that this company has a pattern of bait-and-switch tactics, taking payments for party buses and then providing subpar limos instead. 2 Vets and a Limo took a bachelorette party of 6 to Gatlinburg for the weekend. I cannot imagine now being without JC Dale (our driver/security) He was extremely professional yet very easy to feel comfortable around. He drove us around for the whole weekend and put up with us crazy ladies! He was dressed super sleek and very handsome. He would run to open EVERY door for our group, he carried our luggage anywhere we needed, also, we never once waited on him at any of our MANY stops. He was not just our driver but our security, he stayed with us close enough to keep an eye on us and make sure we were safe but far enough away to allow us to have our girls night out! The limo was perfect for our group of 6, very clean. I will definitely be making more reservations with this service for future parties! used 2 Vets and a Limo on a recent trip to Louisville for a family wedding. Our driver, Richard, was at the airport waiting for us, loaded our luggage (6people worth!!) and drove us to the first of our sight-seeing destinations, found us a great spot for lunch, and then took us to a great distillery. The next day he was there promptly, to take us to Churchill Downs. After our tour, we prepared for the wedding we were there for, and he delivered us there in good time. On The day we were leaving, he got us to The Belle of Louisville for our last bit of sight-seeing. We were delivered back to our terminal and left with many happy memories. Richard is an awesome guy, going above and beyond driving us. He always had ice cold water and beverages for us, and made several trips to the store for us. Our driver, JC was so professional and accommodating to our needs. He definitely laid on the charm and made us feel like celebrities for our night out! I run a non-profit organization and they provided transport for our board members to and from the hotel to the corporate office for our Board of Directors meeting for two days as well as service to the airport.
