Everyone working was very friendly, but Christine went above and beyond! because of her kindness I was able to get all the paperwork sorted for our flight home, And I'm happy to say we both came home happy and healthy. Dr Angel was incredible. She's quiet and soft spoken so your animal will not be jarred, frightened or skeptical of her presence. She's incredibly compassionate and kind. She reassures you that you are doing the right thing for your beloved pet by easing their suffering. The whole process could not have been more peaceful, kind, and loving. First she gives a sedative. . So you have time to say goodbye and cuddle them. Then gives them the meds to send them on their way. I can't recommend her enough. Yes, it costs a lot. It's cheaper to drive to a vet office and do it. But if you want no regrets, a really calm, loving environment and have your pet die in your arms (or next to you on the couch). This is the way to go. She couldn't have been more kind, professional, loving and peaceful.

He dismissed my cat without painkillers and offered to return in two weeks for dental x-rays. Thankfully, I felt that he was negligent and went to another doctor for a second opinion. If I had waited longer, as he advised, my poor cat would've been in agony. P.S. My cat hated that clinic, he didn't react the same way in a different clinics. Also even tho their clinic looks delepated, somehow their fee is surprisingly higher then other vets in the area.

And within 2 weeks, his health was declining rapidly. We were beside ourselves as to what to do as chemotherapy and surgery was not an option. From test results, he was barely making enough red and white blood cells because of his FIV disease and wouldn't be able to endure chemo. Making his days comfortable became difficult. Although he was on an appetite stimulant, he was losing a lot of weight and wasn't his energetic self. He refused to take pain medication as well. Sadly, I searched Yelp for euthanasia services. Out of all the vet businesses I called, I found Dr. Bolivar reasonably priced and it could be done at the comforts of home surrounded by loved ones. On the appointed day, we had Patches enjoy the sunshine while exploring our garden and chewing on plants. He never got to go outside and was strictly an indoor cat (being FIV, it was advisable to stay indoors due to his compromised immune system) so this was a once in a lifetime treat. Thank goodness it was really sunny and warm from all the rain from the past week. Then Dr. Bolivar came (on time). It didn't take long to give him 2 shots. We said our goodbyes as he crossed over the rainbow bridge to a place of love and peace. It was a heartbreaking day, but having a mobile vet made it worry and stress free. I wouldn't have done it any other way. Then he took Patches to Pets Rest cemetery for cremation and paw prints. At our grieving state, we were relieved that we didn't have to do anything. A few days later, I retrieved his ashes in a nice, wooden box with a few paw prints done in clay. Thank you, Dr. Bolivar! We wish we had met you sooner and in better terms, but we appreciate all that you had done for us during this difficult time and would highly recommend your service!

You might be thinking, "Ok so why an eye doctor?" Great question! Because of the lack of elasticity in his skin, Albert has way too much of it, and some of it quite literally gets in the way. On top of that, his skin is very fragile and takes much longer to heal. We went to see Dr. Li Puma after getting a recommendation from our cat's dermatologist (yes, you read that right, he has a whole team of doctors), and we could not have been happier with this great referral. Dr. Li Puma is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and good at what she does. She really knows her stuff. She performed eyelid surgery on Albert and was very careful, given all his complications. She is great at giving suggestions and ensures the right follow-up. Her exams are thorough, and she is very attentive to both kitty and human. In the future, Albert might need further eye tucks, and at one point, it was suggested we use fillers. He'll be ready for his Hollywood debut. On top of that, the staff is very helpful and proactive, as in they call you with reminders and actually follow up on questions.

Wow where do I begin?!!! Dr. Mills is a miracle worker. I am…read morea very over protective and high maintenance pet owner and I know this about myself but Dr Mills has my complete trust and gratitude. I started seeing Kathy as a last resort. I have a geriatric pit bull that had severe arthritis and inflammatory bowel disease which made treating his arthritis almost impossible. He was on high doses of prednisone that was destroying him and on top of that he also had a dry eye condition that required expensive eye meds everyday. I had no other options so I started having Dr Mills treat him. After a few sessions his arthritis was drastically improved and soon after that I was able to cut his prednisone dose down to 1/4 of what he was on previously. It wasn't long before he started to act like his old younger self. I continued to take him for treatment and she started to treat his dry eye condition, and even though I was told this is a perminant condition, we were able to cut down on the eye meds and soon he didn't need them anymore! Dr Mills cured my dog from his dry eye! I can't even believe what a change and incredible increase she has given me and my pup's quality of life. I am a lifelong believer and client now. I will bring all my pets to Dr Mills and recommend everyone to her. Absolutely incredible.

When I first met Dr. Mills I wondered how could someone with so much training & experience be so young ?!!! She has such beautiful skin. She must have always used sunscreen & stayed out of the sun...anyway, I digressed. Right away I felt completely confident & comfortable with her. Izzy has only 25% kidney function & paper thin disks between her vertebrates. Her back was quite rounded from the age related arthritic changes. My Vet at the Cat Clinic in Mill Valley said that treating her with pain meds would cause faster damage to her kidneys. In my mind there was only 1 option for her suffering. I soon after booked my first home visit with Dr. Kathy & then scheduled for weekly visits. Is it "expensive"? I don't think so. In fact when you consider her time spent , her time traveling & those expenses, home visits make the most sense for cats. Anyone who has ever owned a cat can tell you how stressful traveling is on their beloved kitties. What a blessing this has been. She has 2 cats & 2 dogs of her own so you know how much she must love them. In the beginning Izzy was quite "hissey" & I had to hold her still as best I could. By the 3rd appt. she was settling down with very little complaining. By the 5th, she just lay on the floor & allowed us to treat her with only a couple verbal complaints ! On the 6th visit I was in SHOCK ! We went into the bedroom where we have been treating her. She was asleep under a storage rack. Izzy woke up, got up, & walked onto the towel I use for her treatment. She sat in front of Dr. Kathy, looked at her & then laid down on the towel for her treatment !!! A week later I think I am still surprised (& relieved ) at what transpired. Some people actually have the lowest opinions of animals & I pity them. However, the rest of us know how much they are capable of & how much love & joy they bring into our lives. They deserve the best. They deserve a Vet who is 1000% committed to their well being and that person is Dr. Mills.
