When we called to express our concern, we were told they could "go pick it up, redo it, and bring it back." Think about how awkward and inappropriate that would be--taking a gift back from someone who just had a baby? Completely tone-deaf. To make matters worse, the person on the phone told us not to leave a 1-star review just because they offered to fix it. That's not how good customer service works. Instead of owning the mistake and offering a refund, they doubled down by saying they gave us *more* candy than advertised--as if that made up for the sloppy presentation. Honestly, I could've bought 8 pieces of candy myself and made something that looked 10x better. Bottom line: we didn't get what we paid for, and their response made it worse. Would not recommend.

She was very apologetic and explained she lost track of time. The communication on picking up the flowers was great. The day off, the flowers were ready to go when I was there to pick up, I was assure everything was in the pack ready to go. When we got to the wedding location, we started to put the arch together. There were missing screws. We made due with what we had. The arch wouldn't stand up straight, it was disappointing. The biggest disappointment was the flowers. As soon as we unpacked them, flowers were falling out of the arrangements. The most upsetting was the dog collars, which we paid for. Half the flowers fell when just picking them up. Becca, the manager, was great and offer to come up to the location and fix anything we needed help with. At the point, I just didn't feel like any changes would have made a big difference. I did ask for my money back on the arch rental; and that didn't happen. While Becca was fantastic, I would be careful using this company.

I was told it was no problem and that the flowers would go out in the afternoon and be sent to the hospital reception area. I paid for the order then, and I called back later in the afternoon to see if the flowers had been delivered as promised only to find out that they weren't going to be delivered until the following day due to them being booked with other deliveries. Unfortunately for me, my family member is due to be discharged the next day. Not only was I promised and I paid for same day delivery, but I was not even notified when the delivery was going to be delayed. Now I have to coordinate next day delivery locations and timing due to poor service. Bad customer service all around - not something I want to be dealing with when a family member is in the hospital.
