Since the cabinets couldn't be trimmed, I called Jeff and Mindy. They helped me raise my cabinets by 1 1/2 inches to make it fit. This involves all of the following by the time it was done: 1- Remove over range microwave 2- Dismount 96" of cabinets from the wall 3- Remount cabinets 1 1/2" higher 4- Move plug in cabinet to new location 5- Install new over range microwave 6- Install new range 7- Install new Dishwasher Great people that were very positive through it all and were less than half the cost of my quote from Mr Handyman. He was done in about 30 minutes and charged $250 labor for a bill totaling $360. I had to track down the itemized invoice to find the cost breakdown and when I called to complain,I was told that was the set labor charge that Mr Appliance internally charges across all its businesses for this repair. In short, management response to me: firm and, in my opinion, unfair. We are taking our business elsewhere and recommend you do likewise.
