I wasn't sure where to buy a package, and when I finally found the right place, the man handing them out was very discouraging. He mentioned there were only a few games left out of 28 and seemed reluctant to sell me a package. I told him that was fine -- I still wanted to buy one just to enjoy the experience. My friends arrived a little later, and he refused to sell them a package. They came over to wait with me since I had already purchased mine. One of my friends was allowed to stay, but when the other arrived, they told us she had to leave -- and the way they approached us was very rude and made us feel uncomfortable. At that point, I didn't even feel like staying to finish my games. I ended up giving my $25 package to a kind lady who was helping me understand how bingo worked since I'm new to it. We were just trying to have a fun girls' night out, but instead, we basically got kicked out and treated poorly. To make matters worse, when we asked for the name of the woman who told us to leave, she refused to give it, and they were talking about us as we were leaving. It was an unprofessional and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place.

With multiple layers on the performance area they allow many parts to be played out in different ways for the audience while maintaining separation for the locations. The seating is rather hard and tightly spaced which can be a bit uncomfortable if the show lasts over an hour and has no intermission. I got the opportunity to see some of the behind the scenes spots like the artist back stage green rooms and these were the best in town at any venue for sure! I brought my 7 month old mini English bulldog to this establishment. Unaware to them, he is a…read moreservice dog in training. My sister was their with her non therapy dogs. They became aggressive with mine dog, she promptly removed her dogs and I was forced to leave this establishment. Which for 25 years has allowed dogs. Since he didn't have his certification yet I felt I wouldn't be heard. If you know breeds English bulldogs are not aggressive and at 7 months, even less. I was extremely upset. Noted I have a 1200lb horse I ride to this bar which one kick could seriously injure a person and are allowed. Extremely upset that my dog the nonaggression one was asked leave even though the ones who showed signs were promptly removed. If he would of had his certification I would have been even more upset. We have trained multiple dogs for multiple disabilities. Completely unfair to make a nonaggressive animal be asked to leave, especially one in training. Go to brogans. Fresher beer and way way better staff. Worth the 5 minute drive.
