This charming 12-inch gauge steam train takes passengers on a scenic two-mile round trip along the picturesque Meramec River, lasting approx 40 minutes. Since it travels through the woods and over an old bridge, it shielded us from the heat too. We even caught a glimpse of a deer today. A Win win. The facilities were great and upon our arrival the tables were already set up and waiting. We cleaned up as we went along but the staff finished up any last minute clean up and we were all able to get out on time. The space is wonderful and the staff is top notch. This is a wonderful facility that is so much more intimate and personal than a huge gymnasium or church basement. Everyone had a great time.
