They kept trying to tell me that the phone was damaged, but we would wake up to the phone not working and it had never been dropped or anything. The guy at the store tried to call me a liar. Will never go back. What a scam of a place. I'm going across the street for any future repairs. Update: Sam continues to lie. He says that my daughter dropped her phone, which never happened. Their first screen stopped working when my daughter woke up, first thing in the morning. The second time their screen stopped working, she was at the store and she had the phone in her pocket. Neither time did the screens break, they just stopped working. This place uses used parts, not new. I took the phone up to U Break, I Fix and the technician said that there was no damage to the phone. What they found was that the screen was fine, but Sam's used a tar to hold the screen in place instead of the correct type of glue and the tar interfered with the electrical connections. Unbelievable at what liars these people are. Notice how they blame the customer every time they get a bad review. They don't accept any responsibility for their mistakes. Stay away and keep your money!

They found a quick and easy solution, fixed it on the spot and I was up and running in no time. The second time, they worked quickly, made the process painless, and charged exactly what they quoted. My laptop was ready for pick-up in less than 24 hours. The third time, they found more wrong than their initial estimate, but honored that original estimate, even though they could have charged me at least $150 more. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and more than willing to go above and beyond to make you happy. I highly recommend them.

Needed a Oki Microline 320 Turbo Dot-Matrix Printer on a Tuesday. Made one phone call to EPC and…read moreCarl told me they had one in stock and that it was $130. I jumped in the car and headed to EPC. I called back to confirm it was in fact the Turbo and it was. When I got there Carl had it ready and said he was able to sell it to me for $115. It was clearly used but when I took it back to my store and plugged it in (had to use a parallel cable instead of USB) it worked like a champ. EPC's price was less than 1/2 of anything I saw on the internet and I was able to get it immediately. It had been a while since I had been here but will certainly return next time I need something.
