First, when removing and cleaning up the dead skin around my nails she took chunks of skin off my fingers. Secondly, the paint job is not done properly as you can see the white undercoat. Third, while switching hands, I was tugged on in a way that felt aggressive. All in all, I am not happy with the service. It felt rushed and aggressive. Pictures are attached of the service.
