First, when removing and cleaning up the dead skin around my nails she took chunks of skin off my fingers. Secondly, the paint job is not done properly as you can see the white undercoat. Third, while switching hands, I was tugged on in a way that felt aggressive. All in all, I am not happy with the service. It felt rushed and aggressive. Pictures are attached of the service. I did have Mia as my pedicurist and she did WONDERFUL. I am always impressed with Mia's work and very pleased that she handled my frustration with grace.

I had to find a similar hue and it wasn't really what I wanted. Nor the nail shape of my refill. I asked for a round shape but not stilettos and the employee talked me I to keeping squoval.
