Shawn is the owner of the Hillsboro location and he has legitimate teaching skills. He has a unique way of detailing drills and coaching that makes you want to learn and makes complete sense. I had a knee injury that made my left leg feel really unstable. After a few months of healing it…read morestill didn't feel 100% and I was starting to doubt that I would ever get back to feeling strong on my left side. I had an assessment with Dillon where he listened to my main complaint, performed a diagnosis, and wrote up a plan for me to follow. I followed his plan and worked on my mobility followed by several strengthening exercises. As I worked through some of the movements and exercises the first few weeks I felt a little frustrated at how slow the entire process was taking. My left knee felt slightly better but still had a long way to go. I brought these concerns to Dillon who not only listened patiently but also encouraged and worked with me through adjusting my mobility and exercise routine. Within the next few months I slowly started to feel stronger and more confident on my left leg. I kept working on mobility, stretching, and strengthening and within 6-8 months I started feeling more myself. As of today I can say that I'm back to feeling 100%. This is all due to Dillon and the work at Human Potential. I would highly recommend Human Potential and Dillon to anyone looking to recover from an injury.
