I have been going to thread my eyebrows here for more than 2 years (with an Asian lady, not sure what her name is) .Every time I loved it. Here and there I would also ask to have my upper lip and chin waxed. Unfortunately, today went horrible. I have attached a picture of the aftermath. I went back to show her what had happened and instead of apologizing she instead said it was due to me having sensitive skin and it was my fault for not letting her know so she could have applied something prior to waxing. (note this is not the first time I had waxed with her and she had never applied anything before) She just refunded me $6 dollars and told me to go home and apply aloe Vera.
