This place used to be nice but boy times have changed! The pumps are old and gross. I have been coming here fairly regularly since it is right off my nighttime commute and there are not many other options. EVERY single time I have used the pump, it was unable to give me a receipt at the end (something I make a habit of since I need the receipts for expenses). Instead it tells me to go inside for a receipt, but no attendant is there since it is usually late when I am there. This is an annoyance itself, but upon reading other review claiming credit card fraud after visiting here, I'm now wondering if the refusal to provide a receipt conveniently at the pump like any other gas station is connected to the credit card fraud issue with the pumps??? This is especially shameful since this is part of a well-estavlished chain - how does this kind of trash business behavior get by corporate? read more

Don't use Bill the mechanic, he isn't honest. He treats his customers like crap. He's a terrible mechanic. I have a fuel pump changed and he did that OK but he didn't even give me a work order that I requested and then he said he would have it ready and then he took off without having it ready he's very shady I wouldn't trust him read more

Gas is usually really pricey here. But the workers are awesome here. I dropped my wallet in the parking lot over here. And one of the workers found it.. Called AAA to call me and let me know that my wallet was inside the store ready for me to pick up. So no doubt this place will always get 5 stars from me no matter how high the gas gets. read more

The guy who does the repairs was a complete jerk he wouldn't help 2 women change their tire because they didn't have $15 all they needed was help removing the lug nuts and he said no he's a complete jerk and let those girls stayed stranded until we pulled up to help! Go in there several times a week and sometimes they wear their mask, sometimes they don't. Not one to judge. I don't wear my mask when I don't have to. Walked in and the cashier was on his phone with no mask. I didn't have mine on me, so no big deal. Nobody inside. Grab my Starbucks Mocha like I always do. I work nearby. Cashier puts the phone down (put his mask on) and says, " I already told you. You have to have a mask on to come inside." I told him, that he didn't have a mask on when he was talking on his personal cell phone. He refused to take my $3.00 and give me change. Simultaneously, another young man with a hat appeared near the back and told me that he (referring to the cashier) always reminds him about his mask. They apparently work together. I asked for a business card and to speak with a manager. He said he was the manager and offered for me to speak with the owner. Once again, I was the only customer inside, he wasn't wearing a mask, and another employee seemed to downplay it by telling me the cashier always reminds him to put his mask on. I was buying a coffee drink. He called someone on the phone and tried to hand it to me. I was in a hurry, paid, grabbed my change and left. All in all, the cashier appeared to be making up his rules and "flexing" authority over me. I buy gas there and buy coffee every once in a while. I have experienced great service from everyone there other than the cashier at 1:55 PM on this day. I felt disrespected. Do not use this gas station! This is the 3rd time my credit card information has been stolen over a 1.5 yr period and every time, I had just used this gas station. According to past reviews, this has happened to several other people as well. Plus they are overpriced because they are right off the freeway. I just called to let them know that their pumps are compromised and the attendant I spoke with rushed me off the phone and cut me off saying they replaced them. My car overheated just north of this freeway exit. So it was the closet place to buy coolant. Did they have what I needed? Yes. Did the attendant call the on-site mechanic to ask which coolant I should buy? Yes but were they concerned, interested, or overly helpful? Absolutely not. The attendant did not seem to care at all and when I asked to speak to the mechanic she told me he was having his breakfast. I even told her I'd pay for a service. I just wanted expert advice. There was no one in line at the register or waiting on the mechanic. She just stared at me. There were no African American people in sight. She seemed very pleasant in dealing with everyone else and very annoyed by me. Maybe it was race related. I don't know. Anyway..my car has cooled and I'm going to work. It just sucks. It just sucks, as a psychologist, I go out of my way to help all people. But when I need help...I get ignored. Life can be so hard and we're all in this together. But these people did not care to help at all. Also...the mechanic helped a couple in a Mercedes after right me (during his breakfast time). He never came to help. This location is conveniently located at the interchange of 57/10 fwy just north of Cal Poly Pomona. It serves as a a full service gas station including mechanical work that is ASE certified. Amongst having a convenient store inside with some good stuff like snacks, beverages, your average microwave pre- package food, they also provide bottled propane, bagged ice, autoparts, general merchandise, first aid medicine, super clean restrooms and seating outside while your car gets worked on. I've had my share of emergency stops, a flat tire on a Friday evening, numerous restroom stops and today, falling asleep on two wheels. Mannerism at cashier has always greeted me with a smile and I've also met some super cool law enforcement motorbike officers taking advantage of the amenities available. Nice to chat with officers on duty who don't take a stance against you but desire to make small chat and share a laugh. By the way a customer just walked up to me and said "you're in my spot" referring to a round picnic table with a umbrella. read more

The guy that is on the late night shift stole me $20! He told me my card didn't go through and was decline... I was like what decline??? And he said yes... I defiantly felt something weird. But I didn't listen to my instincts so I gave him a $20 bill and proceeded to go out and put gas on. This station is at least 12 cents more per gallon than surrounding stations. Yes it is the only station on Via Verde but 4 miles north on the 57 in San Dimas will give you plenty of options. Going south you have stations off the 71 in Pomona and Chino. East or west from the 10 will give plenty of options in Pomona or Covina. I live just over a mile away and will use this station only in emergencies. Windows dirty? Reservoirs are usually empty or really dirty water and squeegees are either missing or broken. For the extra money they can do a much better job in service but after living nearby for 18 years, nothing has changed. If your gas hit the red you still have at least a gallon so you can make any other option. read more

Bill works on my car and never had a problem. He always takes care of his customer. He gives me a ride home if I need it and he will pick me up. I worked here recently the owner Bill didn't want to pay me for training tried to make me Work thanksgiving with no extra pay for the holiday he doesn't give his employees the overtime wages they deserve he denied a woman of help when she needed air in her tires also a night I was working a customer told me there's some sort of fraud going on with one of the pumps because apparently this is the only place her and her husband stop for gas and since this was the second time her bank had notified her of this she let me know she will not be returning. And I don't blame her! When I picked up my last check today 6 days after he decided to let me go (unlawfulness at its best) I noticed I was missing hours so I called him n he said he would be in shortly while speaking with an old coworker he had let me know that this pric had the checks a week before ! when he arrived he gave me the rest of my check I was rightful owed. My question is why couldn't he have got it right the first time. Or maybe he thought I wouldn't notice.
