I usually have a great experience but I'm unsure who was working today they didn't even try to help me with a gift card it wasn't working with the swipe so they made me put it In like a debit on my end but that wasn't working on my end obviously and the girl didn't even try to do anything on her end I needed gas but I would not give them my money they were non helpful and acted like I was the stupid one.... read more

This has to be the only Shell I've ever been to that doesn't haveca restroom for customers. Embarrassing.

This gas station is always clean and always stocked with paper towels, soapy glass cleaning water and a squeegee. I have gone inside a few times and each time the employees were friendly. Great job to the employees of this location, it really is appreciated. read more

First off it should be a zero star rating, mainly because the attendant working was too busy on her phone, and was extremely rude for no apparent reason. On a day like Mother's Day it's just not very appreciated. A simple request to turn the air on and she manage to have attitude with me. If doing your job is too much to ask and maybe you shouldn't work there or maybe you should go find another job. Shell gas station need to do something about the cashier that works there. They/them was extremely rude, racist, and unprofessional. The first encounter I had with them was last month. Upon arriving they did not greet me but I said hello to them. I could not find the item I was looking for so I was about to leave. They made a comment saying "Oh, so I guess you're not gonna buy anything?" I told them "As a matter of fact I'll just pay for my gas in here." When I was trying to use my reward points the card machine screen kept blinking so I told the cashier about it. They kept explaining how to use my reward points. When I tried to explain to them that I know how to do it but the machine wasn't working they kept talking over me so I told them to stop interrupting me and let me explain what was going on. They persisted so I lifted up the machine to show them what was going on. They still ignored me and told me how to use it and was being very rude doing so I told them that I don't have to deal with them being rude so I'm going to pay for it outside. Upon leaving they made a snarky remark. I got in my car, left and I called corporate. Corporate asked me what I wanted to do about the situation I told him that I highly advise that they/them go through cultural and ethics training. Today was a different story. I went inside to pay for my gas and the situation was worst. The machine started blinking so I lifted it up to show the cashier. They said that they will try to fix it so I waited They said that "This only seems to happen to you but you could pay for the gas outside." I told them "No, I'm already in here so I will not be paying outside." Then they said "Oh, so now you want to pay inside?" I asked them to repeat themselves they persisted in saying that I came in there with the problem and that I had the audacity to call corporate on them. I told him the reason why I called corporate because they were acting like an abomination like today and that the machine not working has nothing to do with me. They told me to go outside and pay and I said no I will not, so finish the transaction. They then told me that they could refuse the right of service to me and then next guy go in front of me. I said no I'm not leaving because I didn't do anything so they said that they were going to call the cops and I was being aggressive. I said to go ahead and call the cops I will wait and I told the person in front of me to go and that if they call the cops can you please be a witness. The person said that they don't want to get in the middle of it and that we should just get along. I said you're right and I'm sorry please go in front of me the cashier started talking about the way I looked and that they were going to "handle me". They also told me that if I'm going to call corporate go ahead because I look like the type of person that would do so. I told him that I'm not gonna go and then I just wanna pay for my guess so they called the manager. The manager came out and I tried to explain to her that they were not allow me to pay because they are upset about me calling corporate on them the first time for being rude and racist. The manager did not help me or reprimand the cashier so they told me that I had to leave. When I left the cashier started calling me names so the manager yelled at they/them to stop talking. This person has displayed racism, micro aggression, unprofessionalism, disrespect and they have no class. I work with kids on the spectrum so I see heartbreaking situations every day, so my job is both physically and mentally demanding. If the kids that I work with manage to have a smiley face though most of them could not talk or use the restroom by themselves, then what is their excuse? read more

Rude Employee , denied restroom use claiming they are out of order . If restrooms are out of order I need to see signs or door taper off. I purchase food and Gas , no excuses . Poor customer service read more

One star because zero is not an option. Never have I experienced such a thing. Went to get a propane exchange this evening after a long day of WORK, and the lazy pos behind the counter tries to hand me the keys to the propane cage. He seriously expected me to do his damn job after I had done mine all day. I went down the street to White and Arrow and saved five dollars. read more

Been here twice. Convenient off and back on to Arrow Highway. Standard gas and food shop. No problems either time. Friendly worker.

The managers and employees here are ridiculous. I get it, not the best job to have ever, and everyone is trying to make a living, But they are NOT helpful at all. The mechanics are pretty nice and want to solve issues, but once you go in the convenience store, don't expect anything but sasssssss. read more

I got gas at the La Verne Shell Station in La Verne, CA on 9/4/2014. It was my fist time there. The station is located at 1947 D Street and can be accessed from Foothill. As I was driving my 1991 Dodge Stealth that day, I bought the 91 octane gas. The price was $4.05 per gallon. read more
