I'm trying to download some games, and it tells me it'll take 99+ hours to do so. It's been two days, and I'm not even halfway there. Don't waste your time or money with this company. I was a customer for 6 years when it was time for my step parents to get service I told them to go through viaero. Amidst this covid-19 epidemic they joined the movement to keep people's service active so they can keep in touch with with their families but apparently because we have their prepaid service we are excluded from it and will lose our services which is completely WRONG!!! i do not know about the brush viaero, but the main office in fort morgan keeps you on hold forever, then when they finally do answer they are short impatient and solve nothing. if there was a phone company that worked in this area in the country, i would move our business to it. read more

This is just a sales office, and I haven't traded here but: Have had bad experiences with this cellular company, my first cellular experience. I've since moved on to a national carrier and never looked back. Pros: plenty of towers in remote areas so local customers have good coverage where some/most national carriers have large dead zones. (That's slowly changing) Cons: (12 years ago) At the time I left them, they just had regional coverage and had to contract with other cellular companies to provide "out of area" coverage to their customers. Had to watch which network you were on or you could be billed roaming charges!! Long distance only covered 2-3 states in select areas. (Not sure what they offer now, looks like most of the nation would still be roaming) They Violated my just renewed 2 yr. contract 3 months after signing, then dissolved it because of policy changes, with no regard or attempt to renegotiate, billing me for long distance that was covered in the new contract, but suddenly said I wasn't covered. I had just bought a $300 Nokia that I had to eat too. That's when I said goodby, paid my bill and switched to my current carrier (12 years ago and no more hassles). I can't recommend a company that gave me such poor service. Unless your traveling/living in the back country around here where other carriers have no coverage, I'd recommend looking at major brand carriers. This cell phone provider is the worst one in the state of Colorado. They wouldn't loan me a phone even though I have insurance, they will only if it's a manufacturer flaw. On top of that they're customer service skills are despicable! Also I brought in a bill that showed their mistake ( someone forgot to enter in my payment) . they would just say "my bad" but would not print a new bill. all in all guys the small business may seem nice at first but they are scams. Just go to a big provider such as Verizon or sprint I promise you will have a lot more hair at the end of your contract. read more
