I waited 6+ weeks for the screens to come in. This branch seems to prioritize items at snails pace. I also found this branch to be quite unprofessional. If you cannot reach anyone via phone the mailbox is full and no messages can be left. I had to be very proactive and drop by once a week to check on the status; only to be told the parts were backlogged for another week. I finally gave up and returned to my provider to switch my phone out for a different brand.

I called back and my call went to voicemail where I gave the correct model of my watch so that the correct face could be ordered. Several days went by and I did not hear back. They ordered the correct face and I had to wait another week for it to arrive before they could repair my watch.
