We were looking for a quick car wash place while going through the neighborhood we saw this place so thought of trying it out. The attendant was very helpful explained to us the various membership options but since we are new to the area wanted to try it out first... there was no pressure for membership which we liked... We were guided through the car wash ... it was a nice experience going through the various steps of car wash ... after the wash there is an area assigned for vacuum & cleaning . Place was very well stocked with the wash cloth & the vaccine section was super powerful. Overall we liked the place this is a perfect place for quick car wash. read more

We had a wonderful experience here! The staff at the selection station patiently explained us how it all works and even suggested to us the most cost effective option. Aligning the car for wash too was a breeze and after the psychedelic lights and washing the car looked spotlessly clean. We had chosen the Top level - ceramic with tire dressing service and it was what we got! We hope to become members and avail their discounts for our periodic regular washes soon! read more

Went through the car wash and the machine broke my mirror. They refuse to accept responsibility and told me they denied my claim to have it repaired. Don't go to a place that will damage your vehicle and especially a business that will not take responsibility for their mistakes. read more

ZERO customer service! Can't sign in to my account which the online portal says is cancelled. Well, I get billed every month. I called my local VIBE car wash and a worthless BOT answers your call, spews worthless information and has no way to get your problem solved IE, forward you to an actual person. I tried the car wash once simply because it was conveniently located to my home. I was given an introductory price of $25 and was signed up for a diamond ceramic membership that I didn't want but was good for 30 days (pressure sales)... I've been trying to cancel the membership and to get a refund of the 39.99 that they've charged me... I have not used the car wash once aside from the initial try before you buy time, my campaign to get in touch with someone started two weeks ago... still calling today. Regarding the car wash... It will knock the dirt off but stops short of a good clean and consider it to be a poor job. As for getting in touch with somebody to address your concerns and receiving a call back... Good luck. All you get is hit this endless avenue of AI agent blah! It gets one star because I can't leave zero. I hope the service and wash gets ironed out... We all need another car wash! read more

I came here to bring a family member's car and get her a subscription membership. We had previously tried the free car wash, and it was pretty good, the vacuums functioned pretty well, and notably, they offer compressed air along with the vacuums to better clean throughout the vehicle... But now I came to get a subscription (2nd visit after the 1st wash) - and they would not let me do it with Apple Pay... I thought this was like a new and modern chain of car wash establishments???? Part of the appeal (at least for me) was that they were new and modern, and I've seen that several have popped up throughout the metroplex in places like Plano, Richardson, etc.... Thinking about it now as I'm writing this review they could've at least offered the car wash at the discounted membership for today, sense it's their deficiency of their payment system that is not allowing me to currently do business with them. Now I'm going somewhere else....maybe I'll just renew her subscription at Carnation down the street; even though that location doesn't have compressed air. I mean honestly one of the big downsides to Vibe is that they don't seem to offer an interior service anyway, and she doesn't really usually vacuum her own car out. So, maybe Carnation is the answer. At the least I'll be giving them a shot for the currently unwashed car to get cleaned today! Maybe I'll go ahead and go the mini detail since I'm gonna anyway. All that's to say, this place is okay but I would skip it because their Vibe seems to be only skin deep...until they do business the way any customer prefers to do business with the most amount of ease - ie Apple Pay. The beauty of Apple Pay is that it's super easy to set up and also, if I'm not mistaken, I can see it in my subscriptions or at the least, I'll get a notification or be able to easily review my transaction history with my other regular transactions to ensure front & center visibility. Plus I may even be able to cancel without contacting the establishment - but if my in-store experiences aren't good enough to make me not cancel; the business doesn't deserve to hold me hostage to cancelling in an inconvenient manner (what is the process? Phone? App? In person? Online? No one told me which makes me think it's "you need to come here" or maybe some phone number no one answers....) ..... I'll avoid the potential future headache until I find the establishment that does business the way we prefer. On that note, I wonder if I can subscribe to Carnation with Apple Pay?..... Side note, I also don't like that their air fresheners serve as a big bold advertisement tackily displaying the word "FREE" (to get people to scan a QR Code) - and it hangs from my mirror. So am I being given a better annual rate or something to be advertising your company, and in such a manner to boot?? Absolutely not. Tacky & cheap, even though the membership is a higher price than say Carnation; with more locations and interior options. Look what they've done, turned me into an advertisement for Carnation and besides the location on Mockingbird & the one on Lemmon I'm not really a big fan at all. read more

This is a brand new car wash in McKinney, and I was super impressed. You are able to download a free Diamond Ceramic car wash on their website (a $25 value), and it does a great job of shining up your sweet ride. There is a manager who is always walking around and asking if you need anything. Also, a nice addition is the mat cleaner machine, which is free of charge. I will definitely make this my go-to car wash. read more

We got scammed as other 2 people posted review. We went in there for a single car wash in Dec and we didn't sign up for membership. Then we got charged monthly for 5 more months. We didn't notice until now and I went in there today to explain. They checked my license plate and confirmed that they dont see my record of coming to the car wash since Dec. I nicely asked for refund and they denied. One employee told me that they fired one staff who caught signing up customers without permission and we might be a victim of him. I requested them to give me credit for 5 months and they said can't do. They will give me credit for only one month. It's a scam place!! Don't go there. It's shameful that even though they know their staff committed scam and we never visited them for past 5 months, yet they didn't want to fix the issues. read more

Overall the washes are good. The vacuum sweepers are the strongest I have ever experienced. The dryers really could stand to be stronger or maybe a couple more of them. But there is always drying rags available. My biggest complaint is trying to contact them. You can dial the number listed all day and never get to talk to anyone. Review your billing closely because I do not understand why I am being billed at the end of a month then again at the beginning of the next month. Maybe someone can explain it to me but you will have to call me. read more

Vibe is probably a nice carwash. The problem is that I noticed they were billing my son every month for $19. Once I saw this, i emailed them and called them to stop. So every month I dispute it and thank goodness Citibank refunds it. I Feb 2024. I want it stopped. He never signed up for this. My wife & me decided to try Vibe out for the past couple months. Nice, friendly staff & new car wash. Unfortunately we've noticed the overall quality of the actual wash is consistently quite poor with both of our cars. So many areas on the car surface that get missed every time. Particularly in the front grill, back end and tires. Very disappointing. We're looking for a different provider at this point. read more

Lucien Gonzales is an amazing staff member of this car wash to be praised. His service was top of the line as he helped me get started up with Vibe. I live in San Antonio but I'm visiting my godparents for a few days. I needed a carwash that I could use daily that did not require me beyond a month of membership. Lucien guided me without causing and stress to me and even introduced me to a 1st time member special promo price. This young man has an amazing destiny. I proceeded trying out their carwash gadgets after happily getting quality ceramic wash. The detailing parkingspots were simple but clean and useful with spot blowers I always use to remove water from my side mirror crannies. The vacuum mechanisms were just the narrow ones but I'm perfectly ok with those. I'm used to having the flat tip sections apart from the narrow ones. They have clean towels and glass cleaning sprays. This carwash has bathrooms!!! A definite PLUS. They have 2 carmat cleaners as well. Right before I left the carwash I was excited to meet and chat with Blake (site manager) & Orlando (GM) who are likewise amazing people. Kudos to this carwash and company! I highly recommend this new carwash as well it's hospitable and helpful staff. read more

Impressive wash. I was impressed by the quality of the wash. I am not someone who washes my car often, but I was surprised how well this car wash cleaned my car, as it probably had not been washed in 4-5 months. I got the top of the line wash and it is absolutely sparking. After the wash I took advantage of the vacuums and window cleaner which were very nice. I did notice a few bug marks still left over, which I was fine with as I hadn't washed in forever, but I noticed the sign about another wash on the same day if you aren't satisfied. I went back and they happily let me run through again, much to the delight of my child. That second wash really got rid of all remaining residue. Overall this is the best I have ever seen a car wash do that did not involve people on the final step wiping the car down. read more

Suddenly I began getting texts about my monthly membership to Vibe carwash, which I thought was a marketing ploy. After going for a wash today, I discovered that I had a membership and, once home, I went to the website to discontinue it. Oddly, all of the information required to access "my account" was deemed unrecognizedable. I have tried calling the car wash location, but no one answers. I am calling my credit company and reporting it as fraud. read more

This is a first class car cleaning company. Once the wash and drying is complete, they provide damp, clean rags, very powerful vacuums, and a floor mat cleaning device that really cleans. The people working were very courteous. We will definitely return. read more

Never go to this car wash! I visited the Plano location and I went for a single wash, and found later on they'd automatically signed me up for a monthly service. I've attempted numerous times to call and email them to STOP charging my credit card and they've continued to keep charging my card. Worst and deceptive car wash company ever. read more

Excellent service here! They also had a sale going on for memberships. The staff was kind and the manager even walked around asking if everyone was good. they have free great strong vacuums, spray, and towels to use. read more
