Just got the basic $7 wash this time, I had to do allot of wiping dirt off after the wash, but it did come off easily with the towels provided. Maybe the higher level washes have more brushes activated that get it more thoroughly? Was a plus they have vacuums and air to spray for drying as well. Would go back read more

My experience here was disappointing. The car wash broke down while my car was still covered in soap. After waiting for assistance, I was told the only option was to power wash the soap off. There was no offer of a refund or a complimentary rewash, despite the service not being completed. Customer service could definitely be better. I'll likely try another car wash next time. read more

Just moved here nearly 3 yrs ago. Owned 2 car washes in Pennsylvania for over 30 years. Was not only an owner but worked along side two re-equips, so am quite familiar with how they should work. SuperSplash does a great job. Wraps, roll over, speeds of the equipment look good as well as application and effectiveness of the chemicals. It's difficult for any car wash to get all of cracks and crevices in how vehicles are designed today but SuperSplash does a fairly good job! I came in only wanting an oil change and a blinker fixed and they recommended $700 worth of work to be done of my car. Naively I said yes to a few of their recommendations and paid $350 for them to not even fix the blinker. I would not recommend this place if you're someone looking for an honest business to take your car to. I spend close to 1k month between 3 of my family's vehicles getting either the $60 superclean or hand wash's..The people are wonderful but the service is horrible, not one time have they done a complete job, they leave parts unwashed, they just throw shine over dash and seats and never get inside or out clean. I use to go to the dealer to get an oil change, waited over 2 hours for my car to be taken care of while some sales men tried to either sell me a new car or buy my current car. So polite, fast, knowledgeable. They were amazing, they changed my oil, added air to my tires, did all my fluids and even did my state inspection with in 30 mins! The car wash seems fine. We took our less than 1Y old car there for a oil change and 30 minutes later they came out and said the dealership had stripped out the plug. When I took it to the dealership they claim this place did it. Net net, I've got a loner from the dealership and I'm 700 into a oil change because i had to replace the oil pan. If I ran across a destroyed plug I wouldn't touch it until I talked to the customer. The dealership said that was their standard practice. P.S. please don't tell me to call the owner. Worst oil change ever. Told me a quick oil change. 40 minutes later they tell me they lost my oil cap "the winds fault". When asked about it, no one took the blame or even apologized and never came to tell me, just gonna let me wait. Won't be back unless I want to wait all day for poor service and rude employees. I'll be expecting a leak later, so I will update in a day if it's leaking. I'm sure if it does leak they will blame it on the wind, it's very tricky out here. Update: I didn't even need to wait till tomorrow to determine it leaked. Here you go. This was taken a few hours later at 6:30 pm. Guess I'll have to take it to another oil change location to make sure it's right. Specifically the last place I took it because I'm betting they didn't change my oil filter out. You have to take off the skid plate for that and they never took it off. Shame on this place. read more

I am not one to post reviews. Occasionally I will post a positive one, but rarely ever a negative one. Mainly because google and yelp reviews can really impact a business. In this circumstance, however. I feel it is my responsibility to WARN others of this car wash. I just bought my truck about 20 days ago. Since SuperSplash car wash has been open we have been loyal customers. When I took my new truck in today to get washed I got home and found SEVERAL scratches, marks, and chips. That was NOT on my truck prior to taking it in this afternoon to get washed. Upon returning to go over the damage the manager said "I could fill out an incident report, however their car wash isn't going to do any damage like that" they didn't even offer to buff ANY of the damage out. I cancelled our 3 vehicle membership immediately. He even had the audacity to tell me " I can use the remaining days in my membership to keep washing our vehicles". (Which would just cause more damage.) There are months I have spent hundreds even a thousand plus to keep our cars cleaned and taken care of. Now I have to get paint and body repairs done to my new 90k truck. I would really consider what my experience and others on here and yelp has said prior to giving this place your business. read more

We're dissatisfied with the service for a detailed $160 cleaning (inside and outside). After the cleaning, the pickup truck mirrors were very dirty, inside windows seemed to have been cleaned with dirty rags, there was dry dust spots all over the body (seemingly not touched with water or wiped clean), and my truck bed wasn't touched. Attempting to speak with both cleaners was difficult because they don't speak English. After getting a manager to help with communication, the truck had to go back into line to get the windows and body cleaned and the bed pressure washed. That's the reason we're only giving a one star. read more

RIP OFF ARTISTS - NEVER GO THERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE. The service was good: one did not have to make an appointment and my waiting time was not too bad. The value was not there and there was a total lack of honesty. My Audi A-5 needed an oil change. I provided the service man with the exact type of oil I wanted. Using that oil would cost $65 but but service man stated that doing so would void my engine warranty and could damage the car. He stated that the Audi required a "European oil". It was $110 for that. I asked: "if I use your "Euro Oil" and the engine goes bad will you warranty it. No! He said. So I asked him to use the standard oil that they used. It turned out that it was the brand I had requested. When the job was almost done, he said it would be another $50 because "The $65 price was for 5 quarts of oil" , my are required 7. I was in a hurry so agreed to pay the difference. Later I discovered that the Audi takes 5 Quarts of oil. WHAT THIEVES!!! read more
