I am always trying new car wash around town to see if I can find the best deal/best quality. Plus you can't beat free vacuum after the wash. I came here for the 1st time. I think the cheapest outside wash was like 8$ all the way to close to 20$. I asked if they dried the car afterwards and they do not- which usually I don't like- so I got the cheapest outside wash. However they do provide towels when you are vacuuming your car- so I really liked this better because even though I dried my car myself, I did it the way I wanted to and it looked nice and shiny at the end. The staff seemed really nice and on top of cleaning and picking up after people. The vacuums were good quality and you get one on each side of your vehicle and you don't really share them with the car next door like most places do. They have a lot of spots to vacuum so it doesn't feel crowded either. I think they may do inside cleaning as well but I honestly didn't ask about prices. Definitely I will be back to this car wash. Affordable, new, clean, quality machines, good service and its kind of near my home. Check it out! read more

Since it change management the place is different. Took my white car to wash and when I open the door and took a look from the front to the back had all this rubber black marks. CWZ had been my go to car wash during my lunch break for a couple of years now. OR whenever I needed to give my car a quick vacuum. The service is spotty, sometimes good sometimes not so much but it's the closet car wash to my place of employment. I recently pulled in for a quick vacuum and ALL the bays were blocked off with a cone and only available to those who had their cars washed first. There was a person redirecting people to leave with no explanation but it was obvious due to his hand gestures. Pretty bummed out about this. Thought long and hard about this review given the situation all business are going through. However, after multiple tries and the same issues repeating itself, I had to post. I have used the hand wash 5 times and every time, I am an afterthought and they half ass the wash and the wipe down. Last few times, I used the regular wash and again the issue is that the staff does the absolute bare minimum drying and dressing the wheels. Will never go back. And please stop trying to hard sell your freaking gift card. It is exhausting. read more

I like this place so far, though I think the prices are a bit high for no wipe down included after you're finished. They've been nice every time I've been there, and thankfully I've usually been the only one nearby. Several of these places do not do a good job of maintaining space between cars, which REALLY freaks me out. The first time they do that, I'll never go back, but so far they haven't. I like the rainbow soap, and the good job with the tires. I've vacuumed it out myself and the hoses are quite powerful. read more

They do a great job with the car. Always comes back with great exterior, and you can never go wrong with interior services if you have time. Came in the get the express wash today, because of a time crunch. The guys that work their can be really pushy on trying to up-sale your wash, even if you are clear it's not what you want. I'm new to the area but certainly NOT new to Car Washes! I generally either hand wash my own car or have others hand wash only. After speaking with John the manager, he assured me my paint and equally important, my $$$ wheels would be in good hands going through they're automated system. Low and behold, zero issues! And the wipe down at the end is icing on the cake. Although they offer hand detailing if needed. John is all about "great customer service" and it shows through his staff as well. Good: Thoroughly cleaned my car Bad: Waiting are is limited, no wi-fi, expensive for detailing Overall: The staff did a great job cleaning my car but the waiting area needs some work. I have a daughter who has spilled milk, OJ, food, etc. on my seats. I took my car to this location to have the upholstery cleaned prior to trading my vehicle in. It costs $150 and took 2 hours, but they did an amazing job. The inside of my car looked cleaner than when I bought it. I did not expect them to accomplish as much as they did. Regarding the cleaning, I was incredibly impressed. The seating area leaves a lot to be desired. It is a small room with a tv that gets local channels. There is no wi-fi so if you are expecting to get online to work while your car is being detailed, you will need to plan accordingly. I read reviews about fixing chipped windshields where the reviewer felt pressured. I was approached about this as well, but when I explained that I wasn't interested, they accepted my response and moved along. I was not bothered and if I needed the help, a one stop shop may have been helpful. I don't know that I would trust a car wash to do good work, but they offered. read more

I got the complete interior cleaning package this morning and I'm honestly amazed. I own a 2007 Scion and the interior is all cloth and all black. My dilemma was that I have a white GSD that I drive everywhere with me and he sheds. A LOT. White on black is not great-especially when it's fur imbedded in carpet and cloth seats. My truck had a tiny amount of dirt on it and I was refused to get a basic wash and was told they would "have to" charge me an additional $15.00 because of the mud. When I tried to complain to the manager he confirmed this "is too much mud" for their car wash to handle and it "has to be pressure washed" before going through the car wash. I will not be using this car wash again. In an area where you can easily find five other competitors within five minutes drive this lack of customer service and attempt to more than double the cost of a car wash is unacceptable! read more

Second trip to TCWZ and I'm still impressed! Busy on a Saturday, both the vacuum stalls and the car wash were running smoothly! Vacuum before the wash and then after you proceed through the actual car wash itself, pull back into the vacuum stalls for extra drying and touch-ups! The guys at the end of the car wash that buff your car dry are awesome and there's a tip box for them on the driver's side as you exit. Carry a few bills with you to tip them. Drove all the way out to Mckinney from Blue Ridge to get my car washed. They are doing construction in my town so my car gets pretty dirty. I waited in line until I got to the attendant, I started to choose a car wash and the girl told me that her co-worker told her to tell me that it was going to be $20 extra because my car was dirty. I said no I'll pay the normal $17. I paid and tried to pull forward. The co-worker came over and said no, I'm not doing it for that I'll give you a refund. I then said this is bulls***, and he stared me down obviously trying to compose himself, he said I'm trying to be respectful, I said it isn't very respectful charging $20 extra because my car is dirty. He then tried to explain to me why he needs to charge me an extra $20. I couldn't care less why. Nowhere on their website or at their location does it say dirty cars will be charged extra. He said to me have a blessed day, I then said have a s*** day. Which then prompted another one of his stare downs. Did I have to swear at him? No. Was I mad? yes. I had just driven a half hour out of my way to go to their car wash, I had my 18 month old daughter in the car and will get fussy if we sit too long. I for one will never use this car wash again. If you have a roof top antenna on your vehicle, I would use caution if you go to this car wash. My factory antenna in my 2020 Explorer was literally ripped out of the base and the only thing left was the base with the screws still intact. When I went back the manager on duty knew what I was there for and said sorry my sign says not responsible for broken antennas. Ok, I get it. When I went there I had added an additional $100 to my wash card and the wash for that morning was free. When I said I wanted a refund for the $100 because I would not be using there car wash n the future, the manager said ok I'll give you a refund but you have to pay for todays wash. Poor management decisions especially since it was their equipment that caused the damage to begin with. Just think twice before going here. read more

The Car Wash Zone amazingly gets your car clean for a drive through type of car wash. While it's not a 100% hand wash like I'm used to, this place gets the job done. I wanted to like this place, but I was sadly disappointed. I ended up having to clean my own car after paying for the most expensive wash. On top of that, the employee vacuuming sucked up my wife's car charger adapter for her Samsung phone and didn't even say anything. Had to buy a new one for her to charge it in the car. Great car wash, love the choice of Full Service or Quick Service. The best Quick Service is $20, not too bad...but the vacuums work great and they provide window cleaner and towels, bonus! I used my 3 day rain guarantee this past week and was able to run my car through for a quick wash..no problem. I will suggest that they begin taping down the back wipers on SUV/trucks/minivans, the blowers at the end are very powerful and the wiper was extended when I pulled out with my SUV. I noticed others had the same when pulling out of the wash. Simple to just tape them down so they don't fly off! read more

Been going here off and on for the past couple years, and it's great for not being a contactless wash, but anything outside of the actual wash itself is where things fall apart. I got the $15 premium wash today after a 3 minute long up-sell, which I get, but at some point, they need to just accept a no. I've still got the unlimited wash subscription badge in my windshield (despite it being inactive), and they are always relentless about getting me to buy a gift card, every single time. Okay, so that's a little petty, and I get it, I get it, but like I said, it's a bit much having to say no 8-10 times. Stars not taken off for that, just some constructive criticism. My actual issue is that today, along with many other times, I don't get what I paid for. It's nice that (in theory) you get a hand dry and wheel polish/shine, but this is either the 3rd or 4th time in the past couple months that everyone is MIA and don't seem to know what's going on. My receipt was marked for the premium wash, was hanging in my windshield, and there was nobody in sight when I got out of the wash. Waited for a minute or two over in the hand-drying/polish area for someone to come out, then got out to try and find someone. Nobody, so I just went over and dried the car myself. Typically do that anyways because I'm picky on making sure it's done thoroughly, but couldn't even get the wheel polish/shine. Wouldn't really be annoyed but this is a repeating pattern, and it's seemingly only gotten worse. If you're gonna take your car here for a basic wash, do it, but don't go for anything above that. By far the best carwash in the area. Bryan the manager will go above and beyond for you. My daughter threw away my gift card by mistake. I swear, I reminded her to return it to me after I let her borrow it. But when she got home she remembered tossing it. 300 dollars just gone. Teenagers! a whole year later after just paying as I go per wash, Bryan asked me if I wanted a gift card. I explain to Bryan how my husband will not allow me to by anymore gift cards because of what happened last time. (this is just to be funny, my husband would never tell me to do or not to do something) Get this, he offered to look up the transaction for me. Long story short... I love this car wash EXCEPT when they are busy. I have a monthly pass and on occasion pay $8 extra to have my tires & rims done by hand. I've had to have a redo more than once. Came through today in a different vehicle and I'll be damned. The rims looked like crap. It's a shame because I really like this place, but I won't pay for any services beyond the $19.99 monthly deal. I'll update this in a week or two and see if we get different result another time. read more
