She knows when my lease is up and while I'm willing to break my lease, she has used the time I have to zero in on exactly what I would be happy with. She has patiently taken me to see houses that are getting closer and closer to my ideal home. In the background, she has Megan in the office, who sends me listings on a daily basis for me to look at. Usually, real estate agents are just real estate agents...but not here. Jaime and her staff are outstanding. Most agents won't offer opinions, even if you ask. They just ask if you like it. Quite frankly, I don't need an agent who just asks me if I like something and doesn't offer an opinion if asked. Thankfully, Jaime is willing to do that. It has helped me a lot. Jaime also has a background in construction...sinking property in particular. I was really close to purchasing a house and she showed me a large crack in one exterior wall and a couple of smaller ones on the other side. She was able to tell me exactly what it would cost me to shore up the property to fix the problem that caused the crack. You can't pay for that type of expertise. She saved me from a possible major disaster. And did I mention how pleasant she is to ride around with? She's a lovely woman who takes an interest in who you are and what you want. I am SO lucky to have found her. If you are looking for an agent, this is the lady you want to work with if you want to find your ideal property.

This is the worst experience I have ever had. We had a lease for a year with zero issues. The lease…read moreautmatically renewed for one year if thirty day notice was not given. After the thirty day time period to give notice was up, we received a ONE LINE email telling is to vacate. We pressured for answers and received via email again a message indicating that they property had received our mail misdirected to another attorney and opened it. When they opened it they found it contained medical records for a client. We never received the medical records, and they never told us they had received them. In the email they indicated because we had a personal injury case in our firm we were in competition with another personal iniury attorney. We explained we only practiced a few personal injury cases for family and friends, but they would not respond nor change their mind. When we signed the lease at no point did they indicate personal injury cases would be a problem. This place is shady. The lease has a catch all clause that allows them to terminate your lease for any reason, so we are leaving. Do not invest your business here. There are plenty of other places that are not shady and unethical.
