CNC never did a spring clean up, never trimmed the bushes, applied 1 single weed application when there was supposed to be 4 and when they did apply it they did it in the middle of the hottest days so it burnt up the grass around the property. The board of directors reached out 4 times to the owner Chad about our concerns who apparently shrugged them off because nothing ever proved so we decided to terminate the contact giving them 30 days notice. They were so professional they chose to ditch out and not show up the last week (don't worry we will be holding payment). 5 weeks of season they didn't even show up now! They also never clean or weed out the garden beds either as designated in the contract. My father signed up for a one-year weed removal service with A.L.M Lawn Care on July 10, 2023. At the time of signing up, he was clearly assured that grub removal would be included as part of the service at no additional cost. However, things took a different turn when the worker, Mark, arrived on August 22, 2023, to provide the service. To my father's surprise, Mark informed him that the service only covered weed control and that he would be charged an extra $101 for grub removal. This blatant discrepancy between what was promised and what was delivered was deeply concerning and raised questions about the company's honesty and business practices. What made matters worse was Mark's behavior during his interaction with my Dad. When my father brought up the original terms of the agreement and the promised complimentary grub removal, Mark exhibited an aggressive demeanor that was apparent through both his tone and body language. Despite my father's attempt to address the issue calmly and even requesting a more respectful approach from Mark, he flatly denied any wrongdoing, ignoring the clear evidence provided by his nonverbal cues. Although my father does acknowledge the decent weed control service that A.L.M Lawn Care provided, this entire experience has greatly diminished my trust in their professionalism. He entered into this agreement with specific expectations that were not met. The lack of transparency regarding charges and the unprofessional conduct displayed by Mark have made me question the integrity of this company. I am hopeful that A.L.M Lawn Care will take this feedback seriously and take the necessary actions to rectify these issues. It's imperative that businesses uphold their commitments and treat customers with respect.
