She made me feel comfortable and welcome. I then had a consultation for an Invisalign with Doctor Dominguez. He was very understanding of my fears and concerns which I appreciated. From there I spoke to an office Manager Gema who sat me down in a private office and explained in full detail what my options were as well as billing. I did not feel pressured at all like some places. They were all great. I will continue visiting this office in the future. Thank you to all

Recently needed a cap and Dr. Rempell was able to complete the procedure in one visit. His staff was able to scan, design, program and fabricate the replacement. Using a table top "mill" the cap was machined literally in front of my eyes. Perfect fit! They always check to confirm your appointments and call the day after to follow-up. He proceeded to call me by the wrong patients name and when corrected, asked what I was there for. There was no professionalism or organization. His technique was aggressive and rushed. His assistant was rude while taking my x-rays and seemed like she hated her job. Afterwards, they automatically scheduled me for a random date and time rather than asking what worked for my schedule, to which I left a message asking to be removed from the schedule. The same assistant called back and left a voice message telling me to "have the day I deserved." I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.
