With her, I was able to piece together why I had a horrible rash that covered almost my entire body, and I was also able to heal it with IV ozone and using her hyperthermia ozone sauna. The IV ozone has also been incredible for healing my immune system and calming my nervous system. I am very sensitive to EMFs and experienced numbness when driving by 5G towers until I used IV ozone several times with Dr. Santiago. Now, I haven't felt the numbness when driving by them since using the IV ozone. I'm mainly writing a review of her quality of care of myself and my sister when she started seeing Michelle. I never found her treatment of my condition very helpful or well informed, although she considers herself a functional or naturopathic medicine practitioner. I was not helped by her articulate, seemingly super-competent but ultimately useless assessment of both my health and the treatments and supplements she prescribed; years later I found a much better option for myself and I think back to all the time that I felt both unseen and dismissed by her for personal reasons (or maybe she treats everyone like that?) but I didn't trust her because of it. She has the emotionless quality of someone on the spectrum. I thought her treatment of my sister was overpriced and totally absurd since it required excruciating treatment of a gynecological nature and I don't think she or most western doctors have a clue about how the human body actually works. In the end, her staff also didn't bother to inform us that her office had moved and we went to the old location and waited only to find out they weren't there. I didn't bother returning. She has a practice full of pregnant or looking to get pregnant women who think she's got her finger on the pulse of alternative medicine and protocols but to my view it is basically straight western medicine with a lady meting out the same punishments of women's bodies. When Dr. Emil was overseeing everything, the service was excellent; he is a great doctor. However, without proper access and communication, the quality of care is lost. I have since switched to another provider who is actually available to answer a call when needed.
