I rarely have someone in class with me. The sauna seats 3+ - Staff is nice -Weight area Cons: -Hidden cost: Sign up is easy and appears reasonable, but lots of hidden cost. This is includes sign up fee. If you want to to do iso workouts you need to purchase a mat and towel from them (100+ cost), bands cost extra (12+), water cost, hair ties cost, renting requirement is 5 dollars -Weight area privacy: I wish there was a private area for weight or some partition to have partial privacy. It's in the open so people pass and wait for classes to start. -Variety of class videos: there is not a lot of variety in videos. I tend to see the same video. It's fine because I play music but I would love variety and the instructor doesn't seem to be sweating even though they should be in a sauna like us. It would help to see them do what we do. Overall, it's going good so far. I plan to continue to try. I enjoy sauna and pairing it with workouts make it better in between my gym days.
