This is the only vape shop I will use since I started vaping 6 years ago. The owner James is very knowledgeable (I refer to him as the Yoda of all things vaping) and, the staff is friendly and have been able to answer any questions I've had. All of their house juice is made fresh and to the customers specifications. They also carry a great variety of premium juices as well! A good crew running this shop. I don't get to Mansfield often but when I do I always try and stop in. The juices they stock are really flavorful and the prices are more than competitive. Heading down that area later today and this is on my list of stops. One really good aspect is the location. Arlington is so damn busy and this is tucked away in Mansfield away from all the congestion. Quick in and out and you can avoid the traffic. Horrible place! I walked in and there was no one there but the workers and they both looked at me like I was an alien. Haven't felt that uncomfortable somewhere I was going to do business in a loooooong time, possibly ever. If this wasn't the only place in town I would've left IMMEDIATELY! I will never return, though. I will drive the extra miles where they at least act like they appreciate a customer's business. This place is a piece of work. A wonderful thought to have a vape shop in Mansfield, but there are multiple fundamental problems with this place. #1 - erratic hours (open till 8pm except when they have something else to do, then they're closed) this accounts for 2 wasted trips to this place around 7pm recently. #2 - Every e-juice is pre-made at 18mg. What if you want 12mg or 24mg? Not a problem, they will adjust the strength on the spot. Except when they are fresh out of Nicotine--then what happens is they have 300 bottles of pre-mixed juices sitting and no way to sell you anything except 18mg. This accounts for 2 additional wasted trips to this place. Yes, a vape shop that is out of nicotine twice in one week. #3 - Really dumb (and infuriating) customer service. I understand that you cannot refund e-juice. But, when YOU mix it wrong and give me a bottle of PG with a splash of VG which is not what I asked for--YOU are at fault, not me. Your mistake is even documented on the bottle the way YOU made it, which is not the way I asked for it. Your reason is "you'd be shut down". Got news for you...keep up #1, #2, & #3, and being "shut down" will be the least of your worries--you have already lost a customer who spends $100's of dollars a month to stay off cigarettes. #4 - For a place that has a tagline "Quit smoking with ease", nothing about this place is easy. Wrong ratios in juices, out of nicotine, closed, etc. If you are quitting smoking or have quit smoking, suggest you do not place a lot of trust in this place having what you need or providing the service you need to keep off cigarettes. What good is it to stop smoking, pop into the local vape shop and either find them closed, out of nicotine, or making your juice in the wrong ratio?? Me in my wife live in Mansfield, and were happy that a shop opened so close to us. We really did like the spot on rewards that you get for purchases and checking in. Customer service is ok but don't have that feel like the employees want you to hang out for long.. Seem like they want you in and out. As far as flavors they are on the weak side and never found a flavor that we liked.Get better oil at a gas station! Price on mod, oil, battery's and many items are too high and you can find them cheaper at other shops and online. Now to the spot on points...... My wife had 17 points that she was saving up to get what she wanted and they just suddenly vanished!! Like they had deleted her points. All three of the employees where present when she checked her point and not one of the where willing to fix the problem. All one said was "that should happen" and then continued to watch T.V. To many GOOD shops to waste time and way more money at this shop. CONN'S: High prices Lack of good flavors Poor customer service rushing customers to buy and go. unwilling to rectify the point system. I went to the store and bought fluid a tank and wicks. When it came time to replace the wick I found it to be the wrong one. I go to the store to get the correct wicks. They don't have wicks for the tank they sold me. Hello? The sales reps solution? I will sell you the tank that works with the wicks for half price. His reasoning? I can't send the tank back. That should not be a customers problem. This was a ssales reps mistake but I have to pay for it? I do not recommend these guys. They do not possess adequate sales skills. Friendliest staff, great selection, and you feel like you are not rushed. Going in not being well versed in E-cigs they were kind and did not make me feel rushed. This is a hands down favorite of mine as well as hundreds of other people!! The staff are like family to me and I love them just as if they were my in my own family!! They've always been extremely knowledgeable on anything about vamping there is! They will help you find the right style and the right GREAT flavors you want!
