The insurance reached out to them and told them they had to resolve everything and COULD NOT "BALANCE BILL" THE PATIENT BECAUSE THEY HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THE INSURANCE! The office and ins are to resolve NOT THE PATIENT!! This office disregarded that, and Samantha has continued to harass me over $60. Meanwhile, my ins has paid them hundreds... and sent me an invoice for $60. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and the DOH!! BEWARE OF THIS ESTABLEMENTS BILLING PRACTICE!!!
