My first impression on entering Vicky Bakery is that everything looked open and clean and the seating, both indoors and outside inviting. The selection of goods was broad and deep - from decorated cakes and pastries to hot dishes. We ordered a variety of pastries, from a savory ham and cheese empanada and a guava and cream cheese turnover to a mango pastry, a frosted cinnamon roll and a slice of bread pudding. Wow. First time there and the Cuban Sandwich was amazing. The restaurant was laid out nicely and clean. You had to go up to the counter to place your order and then pick up when they called your name. The Carmel pastry was cold in the middle which leaves me to believe it may have been previously frozen. It was not for me but my wife really liked it. Payment was simple. My one issue, it is a pet peeve, is to leave off the suggested tip section. When I see the options 20%, 22% or 25% I always custom it and give 10%. Happy to have a Vicky's closer to us in Palm Beach county. Staff is always friendly, attentive and smiling. Been a few times since this location opened. Live the guava pastries and chicken sandwich. I just wish the lighting to keep the pastries warm was higher or they were served warmer. Also at times it's a hit or miss with the amount of guava they use. My first impression upon walking in was WOW. It was bright, clean, nicely laid out and inviting. You place your order at the counter and wait for them to call your name to pick up your order. The staff were friendly and efficient. As it was our first time here we tried a few different things to take out. The ham and cheese empanada had a nice amount of filling. The cheese was creamy and the ham was cut into nice size pieces. It was barely warm and not crispy. Maybe that's because I waited until I got home to eat it. The guava and cheese pastelito had a rich flavor but even though mango pastelito and the palmeras (elephant ear) were flaky with good fruit flavor they were somewhat underwhelming. As someone who is originally from Miami, when I found out that a Vicky Bakery was opening right down the street from where I live... I was so excited that we were finally going to have some legitimate pastelitos in town! My sister ordered some for me and my husband through UberEats, so I have not been in the store, but what I can say is that the packaging and presentation was cute! Up early today to try to get some coffee and breakfast . I came across a bakery that sells breakfast sandwiches and cakes and cookies and even some hot items like empanadas different kinds chicken and beef etc. As big as the bakery was it's not a restaurant to be waited on . its go to counter order food and wait for your name to be called and pick up food and find a small table to sit down , but when I looked at the menu these prices were up there . I got 3 croquets poppers with pork in them and they give you a side of bbq sauce? Never had croquettes with bbq sauce but I'm here to try different things. The service was pretty quick it wasn't busy the place was very clean and smelled like a bakery all yummy sugary things being made which I can't try right now. I left with my order and I did open up box and try a popper by it self no flavor at all the breading was good but the filling needs some little help . I try with bbq sauce nope that didn't help at all . For me I would come back to try the different kinds of cakes and pastries everyone has different taste preferences. read more

WOW! Welcome to PBG Vicky Bakery! You're officially part of the routine breakie stops. Yum! The breakfast sandwich is HUGE! I ordered a BYO and of course opted for Cuban bread with scrambled eggs, turkey, and Swiss cheese. The bread was baked to perfection and the ingredients were both fresh and plentiful. My brother opted for a Cuban sandwich and a ham croquette. I also ordered a beef pastelito and a cafe con leche. My drink was piping hot, this is a good issue. ;) Caution, be certain to order with no sugar. I forgot so I'm running on a caffeine and sugar high as I type this review. The pastelito had more glaze than I'm accustomed to but the sweet and savory paired really well together. I'm not a fan of ham but my brother showed me the inside of his croquette and it had the most ham inside that I'd ever seen. He agreed and stated it was delicious along with his sammie. Finally, he ordered a slice of the flan cheesecake which truly is more flan than cheesecake and it was epic. I had three bites. This visit was fantastic and I'm super stoked they're open. I happened to figure it out by chance when I stumbled across something online last night. They opened on Wednesday and peeps are in the know because the place was jumping which will be extremely beneficial for that plaza. I look forward to returning and trying some of their other items. Wife and I stopped in today (2-17) to Vicky's new Palm Beach Gardens location. We both enjoyed our (no sugar) Cafe con leches, spinach empanada, slice of bread pudding and immediately joined their loyalty club. The place was busy the whole time we were there and we'll be returning soon. Only wish they made Mexican street corn or Chorizo empanadas..
