She listened to exactly what I wanted and really pulled it off for my best friends birthday. The pictures don't do this cake justice. Erin was extremely flexible with my pick up time. For the cake packaging she installed rods to the corners of the box and secured the cake stand so it wouldn't slide to provide extra protection. All around amazing experience. I will be using Erin for all of my cakes moving forward!

I didn't taste much jalapeño nor cheddar on the first half of the bread and the sandwich was also pretty bland. I rarely tasted the ligonberry drizzle. It would definitely be better if the ligonberry was in the actual sandwich. Hubby let me try a bite of the turkey lurkey he order and oh my it was amazing. The house made sage mayo and provolone were delicious. The turkey on the other half of my sandwich had more flavor and I finally tasted the jalapeño and cheddar in the sourdough. I guess all the flavors finally marinated together after sitting for a day. It still lacked the ligonberry taste so I will order the turkey lurkey on my next visit.

No tingle, no excitement, no craving for the next bite or urgency to try another flavor because it's so decadent. The staff has always been pleasant, so this isn't about service. It's really about the product and options. The cupcakes are large and expensive, and without mini options, they're not practical for a light, bite-sized treat. I truly wish there was more variety or better size options available without having to plan days ahead. I miss what this place used to be and hope it can get back there someday
