I've been going there for years and noticed fungus under my nail. I showed it to the lady doing my nails and she did absolutely nothing about. Also, the electric file is damaging to the natural nail bed. My toenails started to thin and break. Never had that issue in my life. If you bring something to their attention, they get upset and treat you differently. Needless to say, I stopped going. read more

I requested a full set and a pedicure. My full set looked as if I had horse teeth attached to my nails,they were so big. The young man who serviced me seemed as if he was fairly new. The sad part is I came for a self care experience and he got done with my nails so fast I'm sure he skipped a couple of strEOSS. Thefts!!!! thieves!! Theft!!! I received a basic manicure from this establishment. I paid for my service and decided not to leave a tip due to the technician's poor job and lack of respect of my desire to only have a basic polish. I paid with credit. I checked my account a few days later to find she/the establishment added a tip on themselves. This is theft and I'm handling it accordingly. I also do no recommend this establishment due to the lack of sanitation. Nail dust every where. I had to ask my tech if the equipment she used was sterile bc she pulled it out a dirty case. She lied and said yes only to sterilize them after I brought it to her attention. I only stayed because I needed my nails done in that time frame and didn't have time to go to another establishment. Do not support businesses that will steal your money and not respect your wishes. read more

The guy who did my nails did an amazing job!! I was a walk-in and treated my nails so good. He took his time and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The only thing is that I have to drive over 30min that's the only downer. This was precocidad and they lasted almost three weeks. Definitely a first for me considering last time I went, they came off in a week. read more

I was referred to this place by my coworkers. The atmosphere is great, they make you feel comfortable as a customer. I get the gel nails and I've always been a plain Jane and get the French tips but they talked me into doing colors and I hooked. Lol. The other customers are regulars that like their service as well and you can tell. They try to get you in and done without compromising the quality of service. They're usually busy on the weekends, so I suggest going in during the middle of the week. read more

I came here to get a cute concept done and yeah I guess it got gone. But the nail tech I got was rushing and she made my nails so thin that they broke off within the first couple of days of having them on. And they didn't have any shape, I turn my nail to the side and they're literally flat. Everytime I come here the shape of the nails fade overtime and start looking round. I have no idea what kind of acrylic they're using. I kept asking for glitter polish on top and the nail "tech" kept telling me there was glitter already in the nail, which I knew, but I wanted more and was willing to pay extra. My new nail salon! I was going to a nail salon close to my house for 8 years, but they shut down in order to focus on family. I then switched to Beautiful Nails. After several times of going there and my nails breaking and chipping because the acrylic and gel were too thin, I was told about Vicky's nails. Ive been going here for about 8 months and will not go anywhere else. My acrylic and gel nails always look stunning when leaving the shop and they have never chipped or broke! I now drive about 45 minutes to get my nails done, and will continue to do so. read more

I've been to this salon 3 times. First Time was just ok so I went back and tried a gel full set. It lasted three weeks and I was happy with service and style of nail. On my latest visit another person did my full set gel and I'm not happy. I went early and she was only one so I had to settle. I felt rushed and uncomfortable making her redo. They weren't filed evenly and they didn't last longer like the last set. I would recommend going mid day mid week and waiting to find the exact person you want to do them. They are not as rude as some salons and they try to be relatable and decent enough so it's ok. I didn't like polish they used and nails had bubbles. I went to nail shop and was no one else waiting. Took one hour to get service. First of all they talk about you in their language. They took people before me. I got the same polish I had on two of my nails, technician said design no design if it is a polish I just had removed. Prices are never the same. I am taking Vicky nails to small claims court. The over charging stops here. He never told me it would be extra to get two nails same polish that he suggested. I will see you in court. This place treat black people horrible and talk about you while they are doing your nails. read more

I have been going to this location for years. Not once did I have a bad experience with customer service or atmosphere! They are very attentive to your needs and wants, they will get as personal and personable as you allow them too which can make for a better more enjoyable experience. They ALWAYS keep the place clean! You may have to wait a little longer than expected some days but great service is worth the wait! read more

went to get a nail repaired on my lunch break; it was $3.00 to get my nail fixed; after the lady finished the repair, I gave her my debit card as I don't carry cash on me; she asked if I had cash, I said no; she then said she would have to charge me an xtra dollar because they are charged if the amount on the debit card is less than $7.00. I asked where was this noted on the door, on the board, at the work station???? The other lady that works there says, in English after saying a WHOLE LOT in her language, "Just cut the nail off and you go somewhere else" I asked her could she show me that policy and wa told to "GET OUT" One of the guys that work there had to calm the females down that work there and remind them that I am a customer. I PROMISED THEM THAT I WOULD NEVER RETURN THERE FOR ANYTHING EVEN OF THEY WERE THE LAST PLACE ON EARTH.
