I gave them a 2 since they originally were responsive. If they didn't have time to deal with my situation then they should have said so. According to the last text the arborist Noah was going to review and get back to me and there has been no response since May 27th. I do not recommend this company.

When he showed up, he told me he needed to lay fill on my property to get his boom truck on it, which I said was fine. He provided no additional information. He then told me that it was $2,000 additional for the fill. I told him absolutely not since the tree removal cost was only $2000. He doubled the cost to just get on my property! When I said no to the additional cost I didn't realize he had already dropped it on my property. He left the fill on my property and on the road which I had to clean up. He then stole a small specialty tree off of my property. When I addressed this with him he said he would return it but never brought the tree back. My quote to replace the tree was $3,000 and it cost me $500 to get the fill removed off of my property and I still didn't have my tree removed! This job cost me $3,500 to have no work done on his original quote of $2,000! He is a scammer! Found out later he did the same thing to another acquaintance of mine!
