She assessed how we address projects very well. Saman was very good about explaining the details at each step of the process. Although there had been some changes to the law with regard to brokers for the seller and the buyer recently, Saman was knowledgeable in the basics and Howard affected us. She interacted with her seller broker counterpart on our behalf. The seller made certain requests of us which we were able to provide. We were able to get one or two items corrected such as a hole in the drywall in the garage to bring the condo we were buying up to code. This was done with minimum of interaction on our part and efficient communication between Saman and her seller broker counterpart. She listened to our needs, found a condo that we liked in a neighborhood that we liked very quickly. She helped us negotiate a proper price. She helped with the process of securing the loan, the mortgage expenses, in terms of reminders, interacted with the title company successfully and was able to get us in to see the condo in a short period of time after we requested it. Sleezy real estate agents pricing affordable homes at an unaffordable rate. This company has an…read moreagent selling a condo for $50k more the surrounding condos. The condo a crossed the street went on the market at the same time and sold for $45k less - it had a huge back deck and updated kitchen. This overpriced condo is not updated, it has no back deck like the others. It is way over priced and it's slimy real estate agents that list homes like this are the problem!!!!! You are not for the people. If your client wants to list a home at a ridiculous price its your choice to work with them. Real Estate agents are the new used car sales men, you can't trust them.
