Waiting for judgement after telling him my poor habits, he could not have been cooler and more caring. He spent a very long time with me discussing options and recommendations. I stopped coming to see doctor Abdelmalek for that reason but I have always been thinking about my good time with my former doctor (without that PA who never smiled nor cared). I left and rescheduled for the next week. I arrived on time and once I approached the desk I was told once again the doctor could not see me, no apology or explanation, once again. My mucus switched back from green to clear in no time. I can sleep again. I'm grateful to Dr. Manuel. On my first visit, he spent much more time with me than any other doctor ever has. He got a clear picture of my family's medical history, from which we discussed my possible risks. He followed up with an emailed order for blood work, and which we had also discussed during the visit. He displayed a genuine concern for my overall well-being. I look forward to him being my physician for years and years to come.

Today, happens to be the last day of my current refill and I have yet again been delayed in getting refilled since receptionist can't read a calendar to determine when my last refill was. So as it stands now I have no refills and no medicine because of this terrible service which now places us at serious medical risk. I hope the doctor actually reads this and can see how allowing staff to treat patients this way violates their oath to do no harm.
