I had Sofia and my mom had Nhi. They were both exceptional in their service and we LOVED the atmosphere of the place, so beautiful!

Terrible service. They do not want to cut your cuticles, but paint over them. I asked them to use the cuticle removal tool instead of a Dremel tool, and the man acted like he didn't know how to cut cuticles without it. The nail tech did not clean under my nails, hands, or feet. The tech did not trim my nails. They didn't ask about length. I stopped them from painting my nails and requested that my nails be trimmed very short. I had to request the hot towel treatment because the manicurist walked away after giving me my bill! No massage either. I had to request every single step of a manicure and pedicure to get it. I did not relax for a second. Did not have time for my drink; it remained closed. The price was normal for a professional Mani-pedi, $100 for a gel mani-pedi. The gel polish flaked off the next day. The work was mediocre and rushed. 30-45 for both. The techs wet your hands and feet, paint your nails over the cuticles first, then maybe lotion, and that's it. When I asked for the hot towel treatment, they used 1 towel for both arms and another towel for both legs. Never in my life have I seen this. It's always been one towel per arm and one towel per leg. Most painful ugly nails I've ever gotten. I asked for a natural beige with silver ombré (large glitter) I asked 3 times while she pained the tips! I never asked nor wanted a pink color! My nails are now flat, straight out, no curve. I have cuts all around my cuticles. Their business manager or whoever did not seem to care enough to handle the situation! I will never visit the salon again. I came in Just for a color change on my set of gel nails the Saturday before Easter. On Sunday, a piece of the gel nail on my ring finger came off. The gel was gummy and I could tell it had not been cured long enough. The nail tech also left a big lump on my thumbnail where he had scraped part of the gel off and reapplied it. Because it was Easter, I waited till Monday to go back to the salon. When I showed them what has happened, they told me the same nail tech would have to repair it, and he was not in and he would be in Tuesday. I was told if I wanted it done for free, he was the one that had to fix it. So I went back Tuesday afternoon and was told that he was not in a gain. I explained that I was told he would be in and the receptionist referred me to his wife who said she would do it, but I would have to come back because she was busy. So for the third time I came back around 5 PM. This time a different nail tech came to the desk to talk to me and had me sit down with another nail tech to finally fix the issue. So they made me come back three different times and ended up having another nail tech fix the problem which they could've offered to do in the first place. This is the most unprofessional display of customer service I have ever encountered. read more

I just recently relocated to this area spent way too much time trying to find a quality salon. I struck gold when I found this place! Excellent customer service, impeccable atmosphere, the complementary beverages, and the quality of their work our superior to anything in the valley that I have experienced so far. So my mother went in there to get her nails done and they gave her a back massage. They gave her a collagen for her hands and one cut short receipt and a clear gel refill and a design. The merchant fee was $2.07 and then they took the tip Out of her credit card too, which was $12.45 and they didn't even ask her if that's what she wanted. The guy just started massaging her Her back gave her collagen for her hands trying to tell her her hands were dry and then they gave her a flat fee of $97.52 read more

Everyone around is was offered drinks and food , we were never even asked.me and my mom's nails don't look as good as for what we paid, and we paid a lot. I am one not to complain (honestly) but I went to Victoria Nails in Grand junction to get a mani ($31 which I though was a lot for a simple manicure) and pedi ($36.) It was my birthday so I thought I would splurge on a "better" experience. It was beautiful inside. While a lady did my 10 MINUTE manicure and man did my pedicure at the same time. It was very rushed. In and out in less then 30 minutes and my nails looked AWFUL!! I went but 2 days later and asked if I could repaint a couple of nails because the polish was already chipping off. She said normally they charge because it is NOT guaranteed!! What? I spent over $80 including tip! It's been 4 days since my visit and 6 of my 10 nails have 1/2 polish gone on them. I will not be back. Terrible experience. Feel robbed. Beware. If you don't gels or a full set you obviously aren't worth their time. read more

This place has gone down hill since it opened. I went in to get a nail fix 2 weeks ago with the manager of the place at that time she questioned why I was just fixing my nail. I explained to her it was due to lack of time that day but I wanted to make an appointment in the future with a particular nail tech that I liked. I paid, made my appointment and recieved an appointment card with my techs name on it. Two weeks later I show up for my appointment and am greeted by a young receptionist. I let her know that I am there for my appointment with (nail techs name) She proceeds to tell me that I am not scheduled with a particular tech but I am on the schedule to get my nails done and that she can find me another tech for today. I was not ok with this and then she offers to have the nail tech stop working on his currently client in order to take me. I was blown away by this response it is not the customers that should pay for this mistake. I went to my card and returned with my appointment card in hand to contradict what she had just fed me. After some useless discussion, I then settled to just make an appointment with the tech for the following Monday. The same receptionist proceeds to ask me what is the appointment for, my name and number??? Are you kidding me I did not get seen today and you have me on the schedule and you need this information from me again. I was mind blown and over the moon offended by this point that I just gave her the info and left. I went to another salon and cancelled my appointment. This salon has no issues texting me atleast once a week about how they miss me and it has been a moment since they have seen me but once I am in the store we are total strangers. Get it together folks I love the salon but it is a lot of effort to make an appointment and be seen. Maybe they should just take walk ins ONLY!!! read more
