Pedicures at other locations leave my heals "rough" & 2-3 days later they are pulling & rubbing my socks & sheets - snagging on everything.... You ladies know what I mean. My nails hurt and are awful. I had the dip powder done for my birthday. the lady talked more on the phone then she did paying attention to my nails. dip powder was over-filed, peeled off improperly, and was filed too aggressively with the electrical file/buff. Peeling, thinning, rough texture, soreness, and splitting for weeks afterward and my nail plate damage. I went to the owner and he told me oh well we dont do refunds and I can take them off for $15. I asked him why would I pay more after what was done. He shrugged. I don't mind paying for good nails but 65 for ugly nails is not ok. I left there unhappy. And I hate to complain but my nails are damaged. I told the tech while she was doing it they didnt feel right they were hurting and sore she just pushed down harder. it didnt t look good and here I am a month later and they still look bad. I don't mind paying for good nails but 75 for ugly nails is not ok. I left there unhappy. And I hate to complain but they were charging for shape. The chrome is 15 but she didn't put it on correctly so it doesn't look good. I complete was in embarrassed because I had to complain. My nails were in bad shape when I got there but they look worse now I pay ended up paying $55 after they said some ugly things and I just I'm never coming back. I've never been treated like that before, and I've never had to pay for shaping. If I was asking for a long nails and a duck shape or a unnatural shape, but I asked for coffin shape and got square. I'm not paying for something I didn't get and coffin shape is on a longer. She cut my nails too short to be called a coffin nail and to be charged for it. These nails are are so ugly. read more

The parking lot is extremely small and I drive a large pick up so that was challenging. I did ask once I got inside if I could park across the street or behind the bank next door, and they said that would be fine. Upon entering you quickly notice a very pleasant clean nail spa... that has no nail salon scent. A huge plus in my opinion. There was one person getting a pedicure and one person getting a mani. All the pedicure chairs are new but 2 and I was sat in a chair that was very old and the message feature had issues. I don't know why they wouldn't use the new clean working chairs for their clients! My technician was a young quiet girl who did an excellent job with my pedicure and the little flowers I requested. The menu is basically names of pedicures without any explanation on what to expect. I liked the sound of a jelly pedicure so I went in that direction. I had the jelly pedicure... and again the technician was very good. It was a long process, about 2 hours, but my legs and feet feel great. The technician was pleasant and very good and I can overlook the parking but, the menu, the chair and the length of time were the items that kept this from being a 5 star. read more

Very disappointing experience. I was not happy with my outcome at all. i spoke up multiple time and had to change the design I wanted all together because the line work was messy and uneven. I only wanted French tips nothing crazy. I then chose a thinner French tip so that it was simpler to do and the line work was still uneven and messy. there are bumps and dents in my nails. the shape is uneven. at the end I requested that they just take them off because they were so bad and they refused. I spent 90 dollars on nails that I left crying about. would not recommend. read more

I go to this salon regularly and they are always accommodating and polite. It is recommended to call first as they do get busy. I have been at least five or six times now and have had a 5 star experience each time. I usually get a pedi and mani with SNS dip on my nails. They have a jelly pedicure that is worth the extra money and very interesting if you've never tried it. The last time I was there the lady did my eyebrows and did an amazing job. On a Saturday August 27th, I called to schedule an appointment for a pedicure and full gel set. Well the technician was very nice and she actually was patient with me. Until the older technician walked up and in another language basically asking what was taking so long, and I caught TicTok out of the conversation. Well the technician said that she couldn't do my pedicure due to the time. Well when I called I specifically said Pedicure and Full set, but because other people were coming in for their appointment I washed told to come back next week. I will never go back because of feeling as If my money was no good and the other clients were white. I always spend good and I also send my elder family there. But never again. read more

I always try to give new businesses in the area a visit. If I like it, I'll keep coming back. I won't be going back to Victorian Nails and Spa. The shop itself isn't bad, but the nail tech I got (who never introduced herself or asked my name) made me count the seconds until I could leave. No smile, no conversation, and she was very rough in handling me. She would push my hand away or tap on my arm with more force than necessary. Very unfriendly. If that weren't bad enough, when I went to wash the oil off my nails, there were no nail brushes. Just soap. That is the first time I've ever been to a nail salon with no nail brushes at the sink. When it was time to dry my nails, I was seated at a drying table and told my nails would be dry in 7 minutes. We all know that's a bunch of malarkey - especially when there were no lights or fans turned on. I kept looking for the switches when the tech noticed, so she came over and turned on just a light. No fans. I'm not a fan of Victorian Nails and Spa and couldn't possibly recommend them when there are other nail spas in Pascagoula that are friendly and do a good job. read more

Helen is hands down the best! You really can't go wrong here. You have to speak up if you don't like something. Tell them and they will fix it immediately. Don't wait until you get home and write a bad review. Days later, if I mess up my nail or realize something is wrong I'll go back. No questions asked, they fix it! Customer service is #1 with them! Even though my nails we left a bit messy and the shape not as defined as I wanted them I will still be back. More than one person spoke when I walked through the door. I was informed of the wait time. They also continued to smile throughout my time in the salon especially this one particular lady. The facility is clean and relaxing. I had a manicure and pedicure, gel on fingernails, they look great! They make it as relaxing as you want, but if you're in a hurry, Lee does a great job doing a mani/pedi in around an hour. Prices are competitive. read more
