My nails hurt and are awful. I had the dip powder done for my birthday. the lady talked more on the…read morephone then she did paying attention to my nails. dip powder was over-filed, peeled off improperly, and was filed too aggressively with the electrical file/buff. Peeling, thinning, rough texture, soreness, and splitting for weeks afterward and my nail plate damage. I went to the owner and he told me oh well we dont do refunds and I can take them off for $15. I asked him why would I pay more after what was done. He shrugged. I don't mind paying for good nails but 65 for ugly nails is not ok. I left there unhappy. And I hate to complain but my nails are damaged. My pedi was only $35 but I would have definitely spent $45 for the extra herbal treatment. Their massage chairs are also different from any others I've ever seen and employ the use of airbag technology for an all over massage to include the hands and arms... so don't come to spend time on your cell phone and allow the chair and Joann and her staff to pamper you.
