This spot is hidden in the Monroe Mall. When I first went in it looked very clean. I asked to have my eyebrows "cleaned up" but once I was sat down in the chair I felt like the service was rushed. After leaving I realized one eyebrow was thinner than the other. I called Victoria back and they allowed me to come back and have my eyebrows fixed to my liking without a cost. read more

save your money and don't go here. the staff treated me very rudely and completely messed up my eyebrows. i went to get a brow tint and threading and a hybrid set of eyelashes. they threaded my eyebrows which didn't come out too bad but then tinted my eyebrows and gave me a whole new shape than what i came in with and what i asked for. the dye was very messy and not a clean look at all. aside from the eyebrows the eyelashes look very pretty but it's the next day and they are already falling off and aren't evenly put on. the eyelashes near the corner of my eye i can see in my vision and have been poking my eye because they aren't in line with the other lashes and aren't curled up jus laying straight down in front of my eye. i had high hopes for this business when i saw their facebook pictures of their work on eyebrows then they completely ruined mine. also when i laid on the table to get my lashes done i was laying on paper that was all ripped up and sweaty from other people laying on it. during covid times they should be switching them after every customer. i hope this business takes this review into mind and changes things for other customers, they lost a customer who would have been very loyal to them ! read more

One thing I DON'T play about is my eyebrows and Gita gets me right every visit. I moved away and sometimes travel an hour just to get my eyebrows done, she could honestly charge 25.00 for eyebrow threading and it would be reasonable for the quality of work she does. Before Gita, I used to get my eyebrows waxed but one day I saw her stand at the mall and I was like, I'm going to give this a try. So glad I did, I not only like my eyebrows, I love my eyebrows. She is amazing at what she does and has many years of experience. When she moved to what I like to call another planet, I was so sad. I sure did not want to drive 30 minutes for my eyebrows so I tried other places because they were closer but I can't. Eyebrow threading is an art and Gita is my favorite artist. I have been here so many times and never had an issue until yesterday. I asked Gita to clean them and when she was done she made one super skinny bt arched and shaped nicely and barely cleaned off the other one.. didnt have any kind of shape or arch when I asked her about it she said i only asked her to clean not shape.. i thought it was a given when you get your eyebrows done they shape them when cleaning them. I have been doing my eyebrows for 15 years and have never had this problem. My eyebrows were so uneven and she basically told me next time to tell her that I wanted her to "shape AND clean". Yet she didnt have a problem shaping and thinning out the left one.. its so thin i havent had my eyebrows this thin since i was 15 .. I had to to home and fix the right one. You know they did a great job when you have to fix it yourself. Now I have to wait for them to grow back so I can go to my more natural looking eyebrow instead of this thin line. read more

I used to travel to Concord to have my eyebrows threaded but that was before Gita came into my life. Like others have said, the owner contacted me on social media and invited me to visit her bar. For the same price I was currently paying, and about 20-25 miles closer, I thought, "What the heck?! I'll give her a try!" Best brow decision ever. My eyebrows are very thick and I am SO picky about them, however, Gita has never disappointed. Before finding the place in Concord, I was paying $25 in Southpark. Come to find out Gita comes from working in Southpark (different place) yet chooses to only charge her clients $11, AND she offers a Free threading after 7 visits, AND she offers a discount on Mondays and Tuesdays! I can only speak for the talent of Gita and the Indian lady. They are the only ones that I will let touch my Brows. I can schedule appts thru text, or just see if either is available, which is so convenient. She always responds within minutes, in most cases. Never more than hours. I did an Xtreme Eyelash touch up with Gita. After 48 hours I was able to wet my lashes and they started to fall off. On day 3 all the lashes that she used were off. I know because her style (which I loved, no complaints) was different from the original Xtreme Eyelash person who did them. Now I'm sure when she sees this review she gonna say that I had a problem and that's why they feel off. WRONG! Granted I had mild allergic reaction to the adhesive on my LEFT eye but all it took was some eye drops, soap and water and the itching stopped. I Should also mention that once before getting them wet (about 35 hours in) I used witch hazel with a q-tip to cleanse the area but she stated not to do that. She was more concerned with me being a liability then sincerely caring about my dilemma. All she kept saying was go see a doctor. I'm writing this review because if it was something I did then only my LEFT eye would have been effected. However, all the lashes that she used had falling out by the 3rd day so therefore it wasn't anything I did for this to happen. I didn't bother asking for a partial refund because her policy clearly states no refund. read more
