Went in and got a lashlift and tint, paid $95 plus tip and my lift didn't even last 24 hours. When she finished it I couldn't really tell that they were lifted it just looked like I had curled them with a lash curler, and throughout the day they started going down. Would not recommend this place for a lash tint or lift. As it was super pricey and the results were not good for what I was told. honest waste of money, wish I could get it back. read more

One of the main things I was worried about moving from CA to NC was finding a great place to continue getting eyelash extensions from. I had been going to my same person for years and the thought of seeing something else was really freaking me out. Great haircut but unclear on pricing. I went in for a "cut and blow dry." My stylist asked if I wanted her to blow my hair out after the cut. I understand a blow out is a different service, but I thought it was odd to ask that when she had another client in 10 minutes (my hair is wildly thick) so I thought she meant just blow dry it. 30 minutes later and $20 extra, wish she would've been up front on pricing before so casually asking! read more

I have been having my lashing done with Lex for 3 months now. I had never had lash extensions before, and I now, I can't imagine not have lashes! Lex is simply amazing she is always on time, thorough, consistent and never makes you feel rushed. The environment is very relaxing, and Lex adds to that by allowing me to just zone out and enjoy the peacefulness. She'll even offer you a cozy blanket. It's such an amazing opportunity to get a mental reset, to the point I have even fallen asleep a few times. I am a longtime lash client and have always had a great experience with all my visit and love my lashes. I have switched over to their Hybrid Lashes and am Obsessed. I cannot stop looking at them. K*nzie does my lashes and she's awesome! She gets "in the zone" and does her best to make sure you're comfortable throughout the process. My lashes still looked great after almost 5 weeks! Wow, Kris is fantastic. I just had to look her up on Yelp and praise her for her amazing service. Her work is beautiful and the amount of effort she puts in is incredible. I got eyelash extensions and found that she is extremely gentle, thorough and quick. I even texted her after my appointment and told her that I wanted to make some adjustments to my lashes (I just wanted them to be longer) and she was very quick to respond and schedule a time to tweek my lashes, even though she spent a copious amount of time applying them in the first place and her schedule is extremely busy. Truly, there cannot be a lash artist who accommodates her customers more than Kris. She puts the client and their needs before anything else.
