She knew just how to place my photos for the best look, helped me pick out the frame and the finished job was just what I wanted.

The only place where I have my paintings framed, easy, fast, she is always gracious and remembers me every time I go in.

It would be very difficult to give an accurate estimate that way because there's a lot of dry rot underneath the steps which needed to be inspected in-person. R&B Framing was the only company which showed up to take a look at the steps. Two days later, Jose Cedillo emailed me an estimate and thoroughly answered my questions. His company uses Redwood or cedar wood for Victorian homes, though cedar does cost extra. We were surprised by how fast his crew finished the job. They showed up on April 9th, early in the morning and worked until the evening. They arrived the next day to finish the rest of the steps and the banisters. He also painted the banisters according to the original white creme color. If it's a legacy house, they'll stick to the originality of the Victorian architecture. (Per building code regulations, when a house is considered a legacy house the paint must be the original--or close to the original color--of when the house was first built.)

We had them out to do an estimate on replacing the old wood portion of the front siding and after,…read morehandle redoing the house in a new color. They didn't come in as the lowest bid, but their presentation and cost were within project budget so they were selected. I'm glad we chose them, their team of subcontractors were on the job site every morning on time and ready to go. They handled the work efficiently, with skill, and we could not be happier with the results so far. They have to come back and do a little finish work, and some additional work we would like them to do that was outside the original scope of work (yes, we asked them to do more, that is how much we liked their service).
