The first drop, most Targets were a free for all, but this was a pleasant experience. So cudos to the management staff here for having their act together. I lined up at 5:30am and more people showed up from 6:30 until they opened. We had about 15 once they opened. The manager came out before they opened to make sure they knew why we were there, and let us know they had enough for everyone currently in line. Once they opened, they had us walk, in order, to a specific check out to purchase our lightsticks. I really appreciate that they handled it so professionally and held to the 1 per person. I would deficiently go to this Target again.

I always find myself very pleased with the service I receive and after getting my Starbucks, I always like to take a stroller around the store as typically when you're there between 10 and 11 o'clock in the morning there really isn't anyone else in the store and things are pretty freshly restocked. I always find stuff in stock that I usually can't find at the Winter Garden location.

Having grown up in Winter Garden, it was nice to revisit this store since it was somewhat of a staple of my childhood. Fun to see how much they have moved things around from my last time there, everything looked like it had swapped sides of the store ha-ha. The store appears to be clean and tidy, unfortunately we managed to buy a blanket that had some form of substance on it that we didn't notice when grabbing off the shelf, hoping it washes out since this location is a good 30-40 minutes from us, not worth the drive back. The employees are for the most part great, the only real issue we had was check out. 1 Person manning the register while 6+ people in line, and the person at the register was pretty slow unfortunately, which meant we actually spent more time standing in line to check out, than we did casually browsing the whole store and selecting items to buy. Despite it all, I'm sure I'll be back eventually, just depends on when we drive through winter garden again next, I suppose.

I think this tends to happen to most people when they walk into HomeGoods, you find something you didn't know you wanted and/or needed. This location is a little bit smaller than some of the others that we visited before and their selection can be hit or miss. Today's trip proved to be more of a miss as most of the items they had were not something that we were looking for. If you were looking for fake floral decorations, though they have about a quarter of their shop that has nothing but that.

The cashier called the manager over, and Giovanni came by but was dismissive--he said it was a "defect" and not "damage," then simply walked away without giving any direction to the cashier or addressing my concern further. As a manager, that kind of response shows poor communication and lack of attention to customer concerns. It also set a poor example for the cashier, who was left unsure of how to proceed. Definitely not the level of service or leadership you'd expect from someone in a managerial position.

Went to return it and they guyt here didn't know how to do the return and had to get help from 2 people before it went though. Totally understandale if he was new but he did not seem new, and neithter did the addional two other peiple that also had to be involved to do a basic fascit of a retail job. That's ether lack of or nonexistent training. Went to have something framed at the frame shop. Waited aroud (along with four other people) for 15 min for someone to appear, finally walked up to the front and askd for someone to be sent there. THey sent a manager who said "Sorry my guy is on a 15 mon break, I don;t know anythihg about this" cool, so he should be coming right back then right? Nope, she stood around making excsed for an adional 30 min while we were all getting visable more and more annyed. Refusing to go back and get this guy off break. At one poeint even saying "I'm his boss. Imagine how annoyed I am"...like girl you are his boss. Go get him have him help us and then maybe think about restaffing? Not professional or appropriate. If I was not in a hurry amd on a timeline I would have taken my business elsewhere (and will in the future). When he finally emerged (I perannaly was waiting a toal of 52 min from start to him getting there) he told her in a not so hushed tone "I'm the only one here it was a half hour break" - so the manager didn;t know her staffing was lacking, could not help in their absence, and refused to go get them off their break even though it was suppsoed to aba 15 mon break that becmae an alomsot hour break with mutiple custemers waiting. Fire the manager. She doesn't know how to do her job and is unwilling to do it where she could be competeant. When I retured the next day ther was a verys soft spoekn woman working there (albeit there was another 15 min wait before she emerged) and she was very kind and very knowledgeable. I did not get her name. Bottom line I will only go to this location if I have an instore pickup becuase it is closest to my home. Otherwise I will go out of my way to avoid in the future.

This Bath & Body Works is located in the busiest area of Winter Garden in the Grove…read more I came today to get some last minute Christmas gifts and even though it was jammed packed, the employees did a wonderful job keeping up with checking people out and helping them look for products all at the same time. When I first walked in the greeter said that all 3-wick candles were $12.95 so I definitely jumped on that deal! I ended up leaving with 6 candles and some sanitizers!

The lady/associate that helped me out named DONNA was very kind and very aggressive and willing to do whatever it took to please me.. As I spent my Hundreds of dollars, of course she loved helping me.. As I went in today, November 23, 2025 I encountered the same woman as I came from the gym and had no makeup on and honestly didn't care what I looked like, but I was completely treated like a bum off the street and while I was waiting around. She actually had the nerve to act like I was going to steal something. I have a pretty good instinct of how people treat others in. This really was disappointing that Bath and body Works actually would hire somebody that chooses who she wants to deal with or who they want to deal with depending on what they look like. I walked out as I pretended like I was talking on the phone and everything has been recorded. she acted like I was a criminal off the street because I didn't look pretty. I think the store needs to have a crack down on how their associates are trained to deal with people because you never know who's gonna walk into your store. It could be a celebrity or it could be a bum off the streets, but everyone should be treated equal. I will never be returning to this Bath and body Works and I will be also sharing this video all over social media and to all my clients and since I am a blogger, it will be distributed as well on how I was treated walking in the store and how I was treated leaving. This is unacceptable and I think a manager needs to talk to the associates on how quick they think that somebody is a problem versus somebody that's been spending thousands and thousands of dollars at their store. I have my grandson while his parents are in Paris for two weeks so I thought that I would delight him by going on a shopping spree. He loves clothes and the sales are pretty good this time of year. Unfortunately the store did not appear to have restocked after the holidays. They seem to have been picked through to the point that I could not find anything. They have tons of long sleeve shirts and jackets but we are going to be in the mid eighties all week so there is no need for heavy winter type clothing. They also have a sale going on where you buy one pair of jeans and get two free. Problem is that they only had one wash in his size. Nobody wants three pair of the exact same jeans so we have to pass on this outing and hope for new inventory soon.
