This Bath & Body Works is located in the busiest area of Winter Garden in the Grove. I came today to get some last minute Christmas gifts and even though it was jammed packed, the employees did a wonderful job keeping up with checking people out and helping them look for products all at the same time. This was an interesting experiment that I had to deal with. I went into this location in the past dolled up and very fancy after work. The lady/associate that helped me out named DONNA was very kind and very aggressive and willing to do whatever it took to please me.. As I spent my Hundreds of dollars, of course she loved helping me.. As I went in today, November 23, 2025 I encountered the same woman as I came from the gym and had no makeup on and honestly didn't care what I looked like, but I was completely treated like a bum off the street and while I was waiting around. She actually had the nerve to act like I was going to steal something. I have a pretty good instinct of how people treat others in. This really was disappointing that Bath and body Works actually would hire somebody that chooses who she wants to deal with or who they want to deal with depending on what they look like. I walked out as I pretended like I was talking on the phone and everything has been recorded. she acted like I was a criminal off the street because I didn't look pretty. I think the store needs to have a crack down on how their associates are trained to deal with people because you never know who's gonna walk into your store. It could be a celebrity or it could be a bum off the streets, but everyone should be treated equal. I will never be returning to this Bath and body Works and I will be also sharing this video all over social media and to all my clients and since I am a blogger, it will be distributed as well on how I was treated walking in the store and how I was treated leaving. This is unacceptable and I think a manager needs to talk to the associates on how quick they think that somebody is a problem versus somebody that's been spending thousands and thousands of dollars at their store. Stopped in a store this morning in Raleigh , NC to purchase 4 of the 3 wick candles that were on sale for $9.99. I saw the display that said " sale ends today ". The sales lady said " they aren't on sale now ; it ended at 5am today . I questioned and asked why the sign was there and if they were open at 5:00am today ( Monday 12/8). ? I told her I wanted to purchase 4 and would buy them if they honored the posted sale price of $9.99. She said no !!! We left and they missed out on someone having a great customer experience ! I guess Bath and Body works doesn't care about sales or customers . Will never shop there again ! Will buy my candles from another store . Disappointed! The sales lady and her manager were not kind and didn't care if we were there shopping . We were in town shopping from Colorado ! There is a BIG difference in the sales attitudes ! This is a smaller Bath and Body Works. I usually try to avoid this chain because I go home with bags of products I never knew I needed. I went into this location determined just to exchange a Christmas present. I heard this guy dressed as an Elf say that he had way too much of a certain holiday scent. So as usual they had a sale and I picked up a group of items to get the deal. When I went to check out it was a new cashier and she called the Elf who also seemed to be the manager or supervisor. He said she could only give me a portion of the product value because I likely got it on sale. Now my go to is Bath & Body Works aromatherapy and anything with tea tree and this was the aforementioned holiday scent. I explained it was a gift but he would only exchange 6.00 or half the value of my present. I said well you can keep this ho ho haul and I will just do a single item exchange. Bath and Body is a staple in my gift giving. I love the store for great hostess gift options when I'm in a pinch. You can't go wrong with a candle especially when they're on a great sale. The smell always extremely overwhelming so I would rather order online if I need something and have the time to wait for shipping. That wasn't the case on my last visit so I had to go into the physical store. I got in and out as quickly as possible. It's bright, visually appealing, and extremely organized making it easy to find what you're looking for which helps to get in and out pretty quickly. This store was super clean and the associates were friendly. I was just visiting Orlando and i didn't want to miss the awesome anti bacterial sale they were having. They were out of my signature scent of Eucalyptus Spearmint but they had the seasonal Twisted Peppermint so i was happy. Checkout was a breeze which can be a problem sometimes. I went toward the end of the night on a Tuesday and they were fairly well stocked. Really only the anti bacterial in my one scent was running out.... overall a great experience! read more

This Bath & Body Works has a great staff that are always helpful and friendly. If you ever need anything they make every effort to locate it. I never get a flat "everything is already out on the floor." The store is well stocked and organized in a way that creates a pleasant shopping experience. If you provide your email address at checkout they will email coupons and special offer announcements regularly. I love their hand soap ($6.50) and only make a purchase when they are marked down to $2.95 a piece. Fortunately they put them on sale often. On my last visit the three wick candles were 50 percent off and they emailed a coupon for ten dollars off of thirty. I was able to purchase a few of my favorites for a decent price. read more

I think this place is great. I've never had any issues with their staff which are always super friendly and happy. They are great at giving out suggestions and are there to assist me whenever I need anything. Some people have told me that this location is smaller than others but I've always seemed to find what I'm looking for! Not to mention BBW alwayssssssssss sends coupons out and this location is 5 minutes from my house!! I do recommend everyone to wait until candle day or when they have certain sales because the deals are TO DIE FOR! I bought about 14 that day for myself!! read more

This was my 4th visit to this particular location. My first few times I was totally NOT a fan. The store is small, the selection was incredibly slim compared to other B&BW I have been to. I have frequented the Millennia and Loop locations in the past. I have been very disappointed in the past with my ability to find candles and scents that I'm a fan of. This time around... I was a huge fan. I thought I had made a mistake of going on a Saturday but I had a couple coupons expiring and I wanted to use them up. The store was busy but not crazy. No employees talked to me (good in my opinion... probably bad if you are the store manager and except someone to talk to the customers..) I was able to quietly shop around, grab a few candles, aromatherapy products, and a small lotion. I am a little disappointed because one of my goals of coming there was to up date my sleepy time lotion but I was unable to buy the exact kind as I did before as they changed the scent... It now has lavender (as I guess the past one did too but I didn't have that one either). I am allergic to anything with the lavender scent. So that would not be good for me to get to sleep. I ended up grabbing the stress relief aromatherapy instead. Similar effect just no lavender. The girl behind the counter said that they change the essential oils they use every now and then but have been mostly sticking with lavender because that is good for relaxing (not for me! haha). Overall, I had a great experience at this store. As it is the closest one to my house I will be visiting it again. I'm glad that I can feel confident in going here as it gets closer to the holidays. read more

I always go to this Bath and Body Works. I have never had a bad or terrible experience. It is usually busy at this location. All of the employees are always sweet and helpful, recommending things when you ask. They have social distancing precautions and give you hand sanitizer whenever you come into the store to make sure your hands are clean. The last experience I had was a few weeks ago and I bought a few candles. The cashier was very funny and sweet and made me laugh. Nothing incredibly noteworthy about this place but would recommend! read more

One of my favorite B&BW stores ever!! There is always so many perfumes and candles in stock , the only downsides are that there is never any cashiers ready to check you out , and they keep the doors closed so going in the store is kind of like you're slowly suffocating yourself , just to get whichever scent is new for this season. read more

Pretty terrible customer service. I caught the manager telling my daughter there was a "system issue," and they were only able to issue her a refund with a gift card. She was extremely rude to my daughter, who was intimidated as she's only 13. The worst part is that the manager was very rude when she thought I wasn't paying attention. VERY disappointed. read more

While this store is on the smaller side it is packed with product and super organized. You can always find something old or something new in this store. I love that they have brought back their older fragrances like pearberry and cucumber melon. Besides their lotions and soaps, they have great room fresheners called Walflowers. They are really fragrant and come in great designs and scents. You can always get great deals here because there is almost always a sale. On this particular occasion, the two employees working were very nice and helpful with distributing additional coupons at check out. read more

I came here today yo update my contact information and to get a few soap products. My experience was fantastic. From the beginning I was greeted by a very kind lady called Sandra. She recommended me some products on sale, helped me on the check out and assisted me in using a coupon. She was also kind enough to help me update my contact information so that I could get more deals on the mail. This store is clean, organized and smells amazing. It is a pleasure to shop here because it is not very crowded like other Bath and Body Works at big malls. No big lines, same deals and amazing customer service. Before they had closed for renovations, I would t second guess coming to this location because the staff was amazing. Now, the staff is horrendous. Since the re opening I've been to this location maybe 5 times(?) and each time the staff has been rude. The last visit was the last straw. I asked for the clear bag for the candles, the associate handed it to me. And I asked him nicely if he can wrap it as I have been going into this store throughout the holiday season and seen associates wrap other peoples candles behind the register and in the front, and he said "we don't do that". Now if they don't do that, I'd say ok fine but when you lie to me that's what irks me. I told him that yes you guys do he said never do we do it during the holiday season since we are so busy. ( mind you, waited on line for 20 minutes while there are many associates behind register talking. But I'm use to this location be so slow in service) anyways I asked to see the manager on duty and he said he was the store manager. I said funny, last week there was a blonde lady who said she was the store manager and now there is you who is the "store manager". His name is Maxwell. He got so upset when I told him that not to call me a liar and he proceeds to tell me off in an attitude. A manager should not 1) speak like that to a customer and 2) especially when there are other associates next to him watching. That's when I realized this place is a joke. I absolutely love Bath & Body Works, and as this location is in more of a local outdoor shopping complex instead of a mall, it has a more "neighborhood/everybody knows your name" feeling to it. While the products are a bit pricier if purchased a la carte, Bath and Body Works offers a plethora of discount options, for example buy 3 get 2 free body care, 6 for $20 Wall Flowers, etc. Plus, you almost always get a coupon with each purchase, and discounts via e-mail! read more
