They do not take gift certificates that have been paid for months in advance. Very poorly run business. And rude staff.

Very satisfied with my results had fill and pedicure, they were done together. Very friendly place, lots of extra compared to other salon.

**DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY** I went for my first and LAST visit with them. The nail techs are all snooty with attitudes, like they are better than you. And sat speaking in another language the entire time, while laughing and staring, so it was very obvious that they were making jokes at my defense. They don't listen to what you want, they just rush you through with what they feel like giving you. I wanted a powder dip and was pushed into an ugly gel which they smudged off (both) of my big toes. They put so much acrylic that when it dried it caused a spur to cut into my finger. The shape is uneven, and they were flat out lazily and sloppily done. The only thing I have no complaints about was the eye brow waxing, but I will still never return. Why didn't I bring this up to them before I left. They could see I was pretty upset, so I think they knew, but I'm not the type of person to start a confrontation in a public place filled with people..AND..I wasn't the one paying. ‍‍‍ read more

The lady was very rude to me, and I asked for a dip manicure multiple times and she still gave me acrylic. The nail shapes are crooked, and misshaped, and she cut my fingers several times and filed my skin until it bled. read more

If I could give these people a zero star I would I payed 45 for my nail they look like shit didn't ask for gel but yet they did it without ok'ing first and charged that for 20 min of a slop job I have uneven white paint and red line threw my nail.. now let's talk about the pedicure got there at 9:20 waited in line outside to get the rudest fastest service when they got to me was taking other who just walked in before the customer who been sitting. I am honestly disappointed of this place, went early in the morning and it looked like they were in such a rush to finish with the 4 clients they had, there was not one else waiting since it was so early so I couldn't understand the rush, work was poorly done, I am not coming back, such a poor work. read more

My nails were uneven and crooked, they didn't give me the design I wanted, and they used MMA dip powder on my nails which is ILLEGAL. It ultimately took 4 hours for me to soak them off and remove. read more

DO NOT GO. I wouldn't recommend this nail salon to ANYONE. My nail tech was not wearing a mask, he obviously had a fever, he was dripping in sweat, not wearing gloves and wouldn't stop sniffling as he wiped his nose then touched my nails. He was rude. As he was doing my nails I called my little sister to make sure she paid, he grabbed my phone from my neck as I was asking her and threw it on the table. my friend and i needed our nails done so we decided to go here because it was late and close to campus. before i started my nails the lady doing them yelled at me that i told them the wrong color. they were very unfriendly and rude. my friends nails look like they were put through a meat grinder and mine were absolutely crooked. while she was doing mine, she pulled my arm really hard and TOOK HER SHOES OFF while doing my nails and dropped her heel on my foot. so many other things that i could mention but i think the pictures do enough justice. Literally rushed me the whole time. My dip is paper thin and I can tell it won't last as long as it should. The lady was rude and acted like she was annoyed that I was there...WHAT?! Then I'm pretty sure they overcharged me. $40 for JUST DIP?! No manicure??? That's ridiculous!!! Not sure if I was overcharged though because I can't find their price list ANYWHERE!! I've gone to other places where I got just dip and the quality was MUCH MUCH better and it was around 20-25. This experience was not at all worth $40 and I am very upset about this establishment. The quality of the nail salon itself is very nice, to which I would give five stars but the quality of the product was lacking. I asked the nice lady if She were able to do my nails a certain way and she politely said no, so I asked her if she could do them 3 other different ways before she said yes to a basic solid plan nail color. The full set costs me fifty dollars alone because the woman used a dip on my nails instead of regular acrylic (with out asking). She then messed up on them 3 times before she was happy with the finished product. (This process took an hour and 15 minutes) In my own opinion the worst job I've had done. After, they then moved me to get my pedicure (cost $30)that I'd happily give a four star rating. Once I got the bill the nice lady that did my pedicure tried to explain in her own way that there was a $3 mandatory COVID charge which I was happy to pay and she seemed to try and compensate for giving me a free packaged nail file and toe dividers. A younger worker noticed this and took it from her and explained to me very rudely that the COVID charge was mandatory. My Bill came out to be $83 before tip, $93 with tip included. For an overview if I was in a rush I'd stop by and get my toes done if that was my last resort. read more

I was very pleased with the service that I received at Victoria's. I had the Luxury Pedicure and reccomend it if you want to treat yourself. I think the key to any nail salon is to go at off peak hours. The technician spent 45 minutes to an hour on my feet. I will definitely go back. read more
