It's been a while since I last visited South Coast Plaza. Looks like this location just recently moved, I remember their old shop was also in SCP but in a different spot. The new store is spacious, well organized, and easy to find. My daughter and I really like the quality of Victoria's Secret bras , they're made very well! I haven't been here in a while, and it looks like they moved locations inside of SCP. The workers here are super friendly, making check out a breeze. The store itself is well organized, and they have the sales bins up front. The store is combined with Pink, you can also shop for their products on one side. They have quite a large selection, and the quality seems to be similar as how I used to remember it. The current sale right now for undies looks like it's 5 for $35! Gotta love the semi-annual sale! That's the best time to buy whatever you need from Victoria Secret. The sale is awesome! You save so much money. Especially since Victoria Secret is kind of expensive to begin with. Sure you can get bras for cheaper elsewhere. But you won't be getting the same quality of Victoria Secrets bras. Their bras are made very well! Especially if you go for the bombshell there's padding and push-up! It helps you look two cup sizes bigger; score!! I like the sleep shorts that they sell too! Do not shop here if you are a POC woman. I came here today with my family, as we walked in the three sale associates didn't greet us but they welcome white women in the store. My sisters told me that a sale associate was following them. I used to work in retail and I would never treat anyone that way. Most of the women that worked there are pocs as well. Why would you treat your customers that way and I have a credit card with them. I'm going to cancel my credit card. As I was checking, the cashier was a bit rude and I even took out my coupon from the mail. Why are the workers so miserable today? As I was about to leave, the sale associate didn't acknowledge me and not saying Have a nice day/thank you but said it to the white lady that was also leaving the store. Do better and y'all work in retail. Can't believe my family faced racial profiling and those workers need to do a better job in customer service. read more

Needed to find another strapless bra since my current one was getting worn out. I always go here since it's the best quality. I also love going here because there's so many other things that you can find that you might need and their stuff is always so pretty. Madison was very helpful in the fitting rooms. I was having difficulty finding the right fit but she was very helpful and got me the best options. I also found some cute Valentine's Day pajamas which I can actually wear as a top and not just for bed so that was nice. They always have the best selection of perfume so of course I sprayed some of it on my way out. Even though it can seem pricey, you get what you paid for, high quality material that will last a long time. read more

This review is very specific for what I saw at this specific store today. Everyone knows that Victoria Secret/Pink has been very slow to catch on to the Plus Size/Curve movement with their advertising and selections. (My opinion). So I was more than surprised when I saw a plus size/curve mannequin in the store displaying bra and underwear. My wife is curvy and sexy and loves to shop Victoria Secret and Pink but there selections sometimes are limited. so at least now I know she has more options there to choose from and I am glad. Visited this store today and got great service. Was able to find a new style of wireless t shirt bra that provided the right coverage. Plus the price was good today because as a card member these bras only cost $30. This is a pretty good deal as their bras tend to run higher based on the style and model. Dressing room was clean and all laundry items were well stocked. Even the fragrance and lotion testers were neatly placed on the shelves. Overall good experience. Will come back again. read more

Getting bras is never fun. I don't like shopping in general. Today I was welcomed by Nicole. She measured me, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She checked with me while I was in the dressing room, exchanged the models and sizes until we found the best look and fit. Like I told her, it was like shopping with a girlfriend. I ended up buying more than what I went for. Thank you, Nicole! In general, everyone in the store was very nice and it felt like back in the day Victoria's Secret. Kudos to the manager and all the girls who interacted with me. PS: While I was waiting in line to pay, I picked a lip gloss. New packaging and flavors. Talking to other girls in line we mention how there was no testers to check the colors (on our hand, not our mouths). I mentioned it to the male cashier and he said they didn't have any tint, just flavor. But they are all different colors, though, which is weird and it would be different than other brands. I asked him if he wears lip gloss and he said yes and they are clear. I left the gloss because I do like a bit of color with my gloss and since he was so sure, I didn't question it. Please have a tester so we don't have to trust or doubt someone not wearing gloss, lipstick, or anything. Also, if there were testers I probably would have picked more than just one and actually buy them instead of leaving one looks-like-red-but-it's-clear behind. read more

Room attendants incredible helpful but entire experience ruined at checkout by associate "Leslie" To spend hundreds of dollars and be treated rudely when asking questions with an air of absolute disgust that I don't know the answer leaves me never wanting to return. I haven't shopped at VS stores for years, I mainly just shop online cause stores like this big are always super crowded. And my bra size is very unique (32D) so most likely I won't be able to find my sizes at stores. The dressing room service they provide at VS stores are amazing, sales reps are very patient and professional. It usually takes long time for me to try on a lot of things, and I love it that they have disposable paper panties to put on before trying on underwear. The VS styles have always been super cute, in addition to bras, panties and sleepwear they have some provocative style lingeries these days. So it takes even longer time to find what I like and try them all. Glad hubby helps me to pick up cute and sexy pieces so I don't have to stress out too much cause I don't do well in crowded places. The team work of the sales reps at this store is so great. They figure out your sizes first at dressing rooms and send another rep to get the stuffs you want in your right sizes. So basically the sales reps here did a lot of work for me and saved me a lot of energy too. They put everything on a little paper so the sales rep at cashier could just look at the paper and order the sizes I wanted that's not in this store. I really appreciated how helpful and accommodating those sales reps were. I can't imagine helping that many customers on holiday long hours and still look happy and friendly! I would like to just come here whenever I want something from VS, bigger stores carry more selections. And it's nice to try those lingeries first to see how they really look on me! read more

Todays visit has been one of the nastiest visits I have experienced in any retail store. This woman that works there had the rudest rbf ever seen. Discriminating people by staring up and down as if she's above them all. This happened at the VS front side. She had long black/brown hair, and huge hoops with a leather jacket. It's understandable to be aware of surroundings but she went up to my mom and sisters stared them down and gave them the ickiest reaction. Ugh im appalled. This VS store is located on the 2nd floor of South Coast Plaza above the carousel. I was shopping for Christmas presents and eventually found some items at the Pink store next door. Since all I was purchasing were gifts, I asked for boxes and tissue for packaging and the Pink store didn't have a box large enough for the pajama gift set. The woman helping me suggested I go next door to see if they had any. I went back to VS and they sadly had also run out of large boxes. Instead I asked for a VS bag along with some tissue (I never received tissue at Pink). When the sales woman handed me a bag and tissue, a manager came over to tell me (and her) they aren't allowed to give bags out. I quickly explained that I purchased 5 items next door at Pink and they'd run out of boxes and since this store was also out of boxes I requested a bag along with tissue to give as a gift. The manager didn't seem to care and really seemed to go out of her way to tell me it wasn't allowed. WTH lady, I just spent over $80 at your store and you're going to be petty over ONE BAG AND SOME GIFT TISSUE? The rude and hostile manager left such a bad impression on me, I don't see myself returning to this particular VS store in the future. So be forewarned - if you're looking to purchase gifts and want a box with tissue and they happen to be out, get ready to be chastised and made to feel bad by asking for a bag/tissue in its place. read more

I had a great experience at this location. I had stopped in for the FL&L Launch that only a few stores hosted and I believe I was helped by JT. She helped me with sizes and different styles and I tried on several pieces that I adored! Unfortunately the sizes I needed weren't in stock at the store but she took my number down to let me know as soon as the pieces arrived in store. I ended up purchasing the items online because I was afraid the pieces in the collection I wanted would sell out. And if they want to accuse you of something so brazen as stealing, have them be blunt and to the point. I have half a mind to sue this store for emotional damage. Review for the pink side of the store. I was in 7/1 and the customer service was awesome I even opened a credit card with the girl. But today it was a nightmare to exchange new underwear for the right size i needed the day before I accidentally grabbed small and xs but I needed medium. All I wanted to do was an even exchange because I had the receipt and the lady the day before told me everything was returnable but these 3 ladies that were working were acting like if I was asking for something difficult when I had the receipt they were unworn had the tags. If a mistake was made the night before it's not my problem the customer service was a nightmare going back and forth for 30 mins about how they couldn't find them on the receipt and they wanted me to wait for the credit card to come in the mail but if they were giving me a problem with the actual receipt they gave me yesterday then they were going to make it a problem in 10 days when the credit card arrives because the girl who helped me the day before scanned them in a way where they couldn't figure it out but again as a customer that's not my problem and an even exchange doesn't need to take 30 minutes of my time read more

Whenever I come here the staff are always super helpful and are willing to help you find what you need. There is plenty to browse and lots of options (hence 4 stars). The only thing is the cleanliness of the store was horrible on this occasion I noticed. Whilst, looking for my size I open up the drawers and each one is filthy but obviously you must always wash the items you buy before trying it on so I thought I'd buy what I needed and wash it immediately when I arrive home but then I found one of the items in mold. I am a huge fan of VS but their customer service has truly gone down hill. I think they have a lot of pressure to sell and rush and they have a lot going on. I have worked in retail before and it can be intense. The ladies here can be condescending and when you ask questions they are annoyed because you're basically giving them work. If you love VS like me, just go to the store and figure out what you want and like by yourself without bothering the associates and then go home and order online for home delivery with free shipping. No point in you wasting your time with the ladies who are a little catty and stressed and inconvenienced. It is the same bad customer service when you phone in as well. They sound annoyed and bothered. Just order online and do free shipping once you know what you like. Try to shop during their semi annual sales which is June and Dec each year.
