*************SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE**************** This team of individuals at this location DELIGHTFUL, COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY AND GENTLE. They are led by an amazing manager. It was such a splendid service moment in time that I really don't know where to begin. I sat in car for a minute contemplating on what I wanted to buy, prepare my BBW app (Horrible service and WIFI we all know so Well once you reach any register) and also have a list ready. Well as I begin walking to the door, I was being nosey watching a couple leave PETS SMART training their dog in the parking lot. As I walked in , there was an associate who appeared to be trained at CHICK FIL A (SHANEKA), who greeted me with a smile, bubbly attitude, basket in hand and already showcasing the new scents samples. FREE SMELLS EVERYONE!!!! CHILE SHE ALMOST MADE ME BUY THE WHOLE STORE. She was knowledgeable, courteous, kind, sweet and mostly exemplified patience. She showcased patience by offering several scents while making the best decision. Then I called my boyfriend on FACETIME to ask if he needed any more scents and he of course he needed more (WHY DID I OFFER). She politely listen to all his request, offered him to try new scents, and of course encouraged him to buy the whole store also. We were able to find all of his request except one item which I was able to locate at another store, then I proceeded to find my items. As I was shopping I overheard her talking to another guest in the store and you could tell he was not having a pleasant day. I heard her offer him encouragement, assist with his shopping and before he left he was smiling and thanked her for cheering him up. BBW has a true gem with SHANEKA Then I was greeted by the most amazing manager MONICA!!!!! Oh my goodness on what planet was she found. This lady is the epitome of how you lead a team of individuals. She not only leads by example but she assist wherever is needed. I almost did not know she was the manager because she fit in with everyone working and assisting guest. Then I proceed to the register and was greeted by VALERIE and APRIL (New Associate). Two of the sweetest individuals ever. VALERIE was training APRIL and they were patiently waiting as I was checking and making sure I had everything I needed. The store was giving away a free travel item yesterday which was a plus and all of my items were bagged well and I was asked if I found everything I needed before leaving. APRIL will be a great asset to this company and VALERIE needs to be the designated trainer. EVERYONE AT THIS LOCATION WAS WONDERFUL. I was unable to get everyone's name but I wanted to make sure I acknowledge the people I interacted with the most. THIS STORE IS A MODEL STORE AND THEY DESERVED TO BE RECOGNIZED. As I was preparing my review. I called the store to make sure I had everyone's name correct and spelled corrected. I was greeted by LACHEYA, LORD JESUS you can see her smile through the phone. She spoke so eloquently and poised. Her manners were impeccable, stating " YES MAAM" with every remark I made. NOW CORPORATE I KNOW YOU CANNOT BELIEVE I WAS NOT COERCED, BUT PLEASE BELIEVE I AM A HONEST REVIEWER AND I WANT OTHERS TO EXPERIENCE WHAT WAS DISPLAYED TO ME. I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO RETURNING. Last but not least the display of items was gorgeous and store smelled amazing. read more

Well organized store with very friendly, helpful, and masked employees. My oldest daughter had no problem locating what she was looking for. She also had no problem using her coupons. The family will definitely return to this store. read more

I am a true B&BW long time fan.... it's so unfortunate that this business has decided to close down at 5pm on a weekday, not like they are that busy but I have witnessed 4 other folks who have normal job hours likes myself come to this location to find it closed.... I'll now have to find a new go to for all things bath and body as well as hone. Oh thanks for also forcing me to miss the 75% discount. read more

I have shopped at B&BW for years. I like using the website since I can find fragrances that aren't currently in stores. I happened to go in the Richmond store today and was blown away by the customer service from Johnny. None of the fragrances I was looking for were in stock. Johnny quickly picked up on the scents I tend to select (I had never thought about the types - fruity, woodsy, clean, etc that I tend to like). He offered several options that were similar to my preferred scents. I have never had anyone at any location offer that much support. He really tried to meet my needs when what I was looking for wasn't available. read more
