When I asked for assistance regarding sizes and promotions, I received little to no engagement from the sales staff. The interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming, which is not the level of service I expect from a brand like Ralph Lauren. I followed up with both store management and corporate. While an apology was eventually provided, the overall handling of the issue -- including how my initial concern was closed without resolution -- left me dissatisfied. I hope this location takes customer service more seriously moving forward.

We were surprised to find it over here, but shopping for Barbi is a long affair, so the minute we saw it, I knew that we were going to be going inside, and we stayed awhile and Bae was very impressed and it wasn't too hard on my wallet.

Store attendants are very friendly and will set up a dressing room for you to try their clothes. If you like something at the store and they are not carrying the size at the moment they will search and order it for you or find out what other location carries it and put it on hold for two days. I was so pleased to see it was open, I knew it was set to open this summer. I love the bright interior. The store is well laid out with very friendly and helpful staff. They carry misses and petite sizes in the store but if you want women's sizes (1X - 4X), they can order it for you and you get free shipping. Today when I went in, I was helped by the store manager, Kismari. She is very knowledgeable and knows her products. She acted as my personal shopper as we wandered around the store picking out items. She really listened to what I wanted and was able to pick items that suit my tastes. I've shopped online with J Jill for many years and know the fabrics and love the clothes, but to have that extra touch of having someone walk the store with me was great. Kismari sat down and checked on size and color for all my items that needed to be ordered since women's sizes are all ordered and then delivered to your house. She also explained all the promotions to me so I could save as much as possible. She took the time to find out that I'm a teacher which means discount! Teachers receive an extra 15% off of all regularly priced items. She also told me about opening a credit card with J Jill. I really really didn't want to open a credit card, but as a frequent J Jill shopper, the perks just couldn't be ignored! I'm so excited about all my items coming in the mail. I'm also excited that I can return anything that doesn't work for me to the store. The store is so easy to get to. I parked within 10 feet of the entrance and walked right in. I appreciated her giving me this truthful information rather than just trying to make a sale. The clothing I looked at was quality clothing and pricing was reasonable. The kind attitude and helpfulness of the sales lady as well as the store itself deserve an A-OK. I'd be willing to come back again and browse. It's possible they could start stocking tall lengths and adjust sizing in the future and I could find something.
