I was so annoyed last night, 1/2/25. I tried to enter Pink and the door was locked at 7:30 PM. But, I could see a lot of shoppers inside. So, I went into Victoria Secret. I was greeted with "We close in 20 minutes so please let us know if we can help you!". Basically, we locked the doors because we want everyone out of here by 8:00 so we can all go home! Unreal. That is rude and ridiculous. What a waste of time. Never again. i felt so rushed and unwelcome that I simply left. Good riddance. As others have mentioned, the PINK section is huge and all the associates are in there, so it seems their focus is on teens. No one spoke to me until I went to that side of the store and then I was asked "having any luck?" 3 times in 2 minutes... odd. Both dressing rooms were not staffed so I had to go find someone to let me in. The VS side is tiny compared to other stores, particularly the Fort Collins location. There is only 1 table of the $10.50 panties, which was unorganized with various sizes and styles in each drawer, making it impossible to find anything. I left and will go to the Fort Collins store to find what I need. read more

Super sweet staff, helpful but I went to buy pants for the gym and I could not for the life of me see the pants I was trying in they had a huge sticker on the mirror.... probably one of the dumbest things I've seen and I work in the mall as well this is not helping your customers buy anything I had to stand on the chair to see the pants!!! One star for the one woman who greeted me at the door and gave me sales info for the day. This location continues to disappoint me and I honestly didn't ever want to return after a horrid pre Xmas experience (where they had 1 person stocking (who was wearing jeans & street clothes and was not a part of regular staffing) on the floor and zero sales people and zero people in the dressing rooms to help customers so after 10 min, I walked out. But unfortunately my husband gave me another gift certificate in my stocking and I was already in the area so alas I ended up here. I was looking for a new bra to replace my aging one and didn't realize that I've actually moved up a size. Anyway I ventured into VS side and the pink side both. Both were well stocked except pinks underwear area and the zip down / yoga pants/ sweats area. I picked several bras, pink undees and a sweatpants set and it took me over 8 minutes to find someone to open the dressing room for me. One lady made eye contact with me as she walked by TWICE and when I went to ask her she quickly turned her head & walked away. So much so I followed her the second time and she walked faster to a room over by the register and kept her back to me. Really? I found the lady who greeted me at the door in the mass of teenagers and she opened the door for me but didn't say, I'll be back to see if you need anything! I realized while trying on bras I really liked one of them but I had chosen so many bras I forgot where I got it and I needed to see if they had a larger size in a different color. No way was I gonna hunt someone down for another 10 min to try on a larger size or find where I got this bra anyway. That's why it's nice to have you know, customer service so I don't have to get all the way dressed again and get into another room that's locked! I did however hear her come check on one teenager and her mom but she could've cared less about me. I got some pink underwear as they had a sale and put everything else back and left as fast as I could. This place has had negative customer service reviews for 8 years, it's time management or upper management steps in or you'll continue to lose customers. But they won't. I'll be ordering online only if I ever want anything in the future and honestly I will be finding a new brand of bra and underwear line. I'm cancelling the credit card too. Not that VS cares or reads these comments! Good luck if you're older than a teenager if you enjoy top notch customer service. read more

Wow. The service today was so exceptionally bad it inspired me to write a review. The girls were more interested in talking to each other than helping customers. When I asked for help I got a half ass effort and back to the VS social club. Now for the reason I am here in the first place. I had to return wrong size product. Wow. I am so irritated. The "new" store is hard to even find there's no lit up sign for it, which they are where the GAP was now. The girls who work there don't greet you, talk to you, check up on you, they just look at you and keep talking to each other. When you decide to work retail, part of the job description IS greeting your customers and smiling. Asking them if they need any help. These girls were too busy gossiping and on their phones. I definitely will just order online, or go to a different location. Damn the website seems happier than they are. Your customers are helping pay your check you get every 2 weeks, remember that. So disappointed. I hope the general manager contacts me and has a "how to act with the public" meeting. read more

They were super busy when I went with my daughters. The sales associates were very helpful. They offered to measure me for a bra. They were very helpful. They looked in the back for something my daughter was looking for in a certain size. Even though they were very busy they were pleasant and very helpful. It was a great experience. We loved the store. It smelled great and was well stocked. Also, very easy to get around in the store too. read more

Very helpful and professional employees here. They greet you right when you walk in and always willing to make sure you get what you want. The manager also made sure she got my daughter's birthday gift delivered on time. Time was not on our side but my daughter got her gift the day before her birthday and I was relieved and so happy. I love Victoria's secret, however, I had a really bad experience here. I used two coupons at checkout-one for a free panty and the other for $10 off any purchase. The total was $5 and she remarked "spending the bare minimum aren't we?" in a rude tone. Throughout checkout she had an attitude towards me. She mumbled when talking to me, so I asked her to repeat what she said. She looked up with irritation as if I was deaf and repeated "did someone help you today?" I'm a college student, so no I am not going to be spending a ton of money off lingerie. And second, I'm a server, I work with customers all the time. I do not get irritated when my customers use coupons, because frankly either way I get paid. read more

Loveland location does not have very helpful customer service. Fort Collins is alot better.

I've been to VS many time over the years but never have the staff been so wonderful as they were at the Sky Pond location in Loveland. Namely Mickey. She was attentive, charismatic, and super helpful. My wife's experience was great. When your wife is smiling during the entire experience because the staff made everything enjoyable...... priceless. My mom and i had gone in to shop around since we hadn't gone in a while and when we got there they were pretty packed and the associate's were busy with other customers and when we finally found someone who could help us, she was very rude and didn't care to go out of her way to solve our problem. They associate next to us answered the question for us and she was even with another customer. Anytime that we go to the locations in Loveland or Fort Collins there is always AT LEAST one employee that won't acknowledge us and is flat out rude. read more

I got Victoria's Secret gift cards over the holidays because I like their yoga pants. I've been there before in the past and the ladies have been pretty nice. I went there yesterday, wearing sweat pants (new mom) and one of the girls were following me around and watching me to make sure nothing got stolen. It made me uncomfortable and brought my self esteem down enough to hurry and make my purchase so I could be on my way. The girl who checked my items out was cold towards me, and wouldn't make an effort to really socialize and conversate with me. Not going back to that one ever again. read more
