She was concerned because she thought she had lost a pair of jeans and she would not be able to wear them again but when I went into the store the customer service was amazing! I was helped by somebody who apologized for the error in the jeans and offered to order them and have them sent to our house free of charge as they did not have her size in stock. I would totally shop here again I will continue to shop here and I would recommend it to anybody who likes a good pair of jeans for a good price and great customer service.

What stood out was how hard the staff worked to sort it out. Erin, the store manager, Kyle from the auto section, and several other associates all jumped in and genuinely tried to help. The nice blonde "roamer" as well as the young lady in the Chicago Bears at the front were great! In the end, Erin suggested canceling the order and purchasing it at the Broomfield location, which I did. Even so, the Loveland staff went out of their way to assist.
