I ask for corporate phone number, she says she don't know I'm just an employee. I ask for manager she says she can't tell me that. I ask for the store phone number and she says that she doesn't have it memorized and so I say, and you don't have it anywhere? she says no. What I hate more than anything is liars. I mean poor customer service is frustrating, but lots of people hate their job. there are so many other places to shop. I will never go back to a bunch of liars with poor customer service. :(

When I took them to a party store to get blown up they exploded when they reached the size of baseballs. We tried to blow them up by mouth with the same result. Prior to exploding they were lopsided as the latex had clearly started to break down from age. When I asked an employee about this during a chance meeting she explained to me they're not meant to be blown up with helium. First off, what kinds of balloons aren't meant to be blown up with helium if they're made of regular latex and why did the non helium filled ones explode? I understand an all sales final policy but selling products past their expiration date is bull. Take your business to eastlake instead.
