This Walmart serves the suburban folk of the East Burbs of the Cleveland metro area, such as…read moreWillowick and Eastlake. It's a vast Walmart with a good array of the usual bits and bobs. I've bought good fruit here, plenty of drinks, and some toiletries, always pretty decent prices. The parking lot is okay for sleeping in, too. Even the local cops told me it would be okay to sleep here. Which was quite a surprise. The store itself is an average location. It has pretty much everything. Prices are cheap. You will feel it sucking your soul out of you as you shop here. I went inside for a fruit drink, some almond milk, and bananas. I paid very little. I felt very small in the world. My nether regions shrank during the process. I am sure of it. Or maybe that was from sleeping in the parking lot in the cold. Who knows.

This store has really gone down. The customer service is horrible and I had a manager literally…read morescream at me because I politely asked her for help. I went to the money store to put money on my one card, no one was there! Then I find out she's standing at the front of the store watching the registers because apparently a bunch of employees went on lunch. I just walked out. I tried to place an order on the app for pick up, half of the stuff I wanted was out of stock and would be shipped to me at a later date. I was thinking okay, at least the main things I wanted I could pick up were there, so I go to check out, I enter my pin, which has been the same for years, and it said I entered the wrong pin. It did that two more times, then it said I can't use my card for 24 hours! I just canceled the whole order and went to another store. I refuse to EVER go to that store or order from that store again!

Long story short after 10 years I will not purchase from this location. Which seems to be a problem throughout the area. I would Not be surprised when a fortunate person ( with a capability to hire a lawyer) will sue this Corporation.

The cosmetics area was in total disarray, with most items out of stock, which was annoying. (But it will be fantastic once it's done.) They do have an amazing new men's personal care department with full lines of products such as Creamo, Every Man Jack, etc. that I'm excited for my husband to see. The woman's clothing department looked like a herd of angry cattle stampeded through the aisles. Every other department was clean and maintained for the most part, which made it stick out like a sore loser. And they only had one actual check out open with an actual person helping customers. I ended up having to use the self check out. There's a live screen monitoring your every move, it's literally right in your face. Not a fan of that. Makes you feel like you're a criminal or something. I purchased a big floppy hat, so I asked the attendant to please fetch me a pair of scissors so I could wear it out of the store and also to wear it as I finished checking out. Before you know it, they'll have finger print or retinol scanners to check out with. Big Brother is watching! I think I'll stick to ordering online.
