Why, oh, why does venturing into this Victoria's Secret always end up an hour long nightmare? The five girls who were working there probably rank as the worst salespeople known to mankind. My friend and I waited for 10 minutes for a dressing room while the cashiers talked of boys, and rings, and pretty things behind the counter AFTER we already asked them for a room. Fast-forward to when we're checking out; she doesn't use my or my friend's coupon, my friend doesn't get the sale prices, they forget to take off the "buzzer alarm things" and I'm cut off midway through my sentences. This review is long over due, and I am very sorry for this. I also genuinely hope that a member of the management team read this, as the staff at this newly renovated Vicky's BLEW ME AWAY. I am hopeless when it comes to underwear shopping. Long story short, I was wearing a bra that was a cup size too small and about 4 inches too big - boy did I need help. I went in the first week of July and I had a lot that I needed. Forgive me for not knowing the two dressing room attendants names, but they were great. I think one of them was Christina... or something like that. First of all, the renovated dressing rooms were done in a very smart and sophisticated manner. Outside each door, they put a card. They write your name on it, and your sizes. Every couple of minutes, I would hear a pleasant voice ask "Alyssa? Can I be of help with anything? How are those items fitting? Would you like to try a different style." Awesome! I hardly had to leave the dressing room; they brought everything to me! Also, when ever I did need assistance, they had a nice little door-bell looking button for me to press when ever I needed help. Then someone was always promptly knocking at the door. I have only worked in the hospitality industry, and I cannot tell you how pleasantly surprised I was to get such wonderful service at a retail outlet! I think it is widely agreed upon that even though Victoria Secret products cost a pretty penny, they are some of the best lingerie products out there. After my last visit, I had to write about my pleasant experience with the staff when I came in to purchase some new bras and also make a return from the Semi-Annual Sale. The associate that helped me with my return immediately brought it to my attention that the bra I was returning actually went down in price and could credit me back the difference if I wanted to keep it (especially since it would only be $15). She also pointed out that all the items on my receipt that I had purchased previously had gone down in price and offered to do a price adjustment and credit my credit card. The other associate who helped me into a fitting room was really sweet and gave me some information on the bras I was trying on. After being in the store for 45 minutes I finally decided to make my purchase with the girl who had let me in the fitting room. As she rang in my three bras (two Pink ones and one VS one), she pointed out that the two Pink bras I was buying were buy two for $42 and then a third for only $15. She also pointed out that the $48 VS bra I was getting was very similar to a Pink bra and I could switch to get the $15 deal. She even held the register open with my transaction while I ran in to try the bra on to make sure I liked it. Customer service like this in retail stores is very rare these days. They in no way needed to offer to credit the price difference without me asking and definitely didn't need to steer me away from buying a more expensive bra. They made me feel like they cared about me as a consumer and were looking out for my best interest. For that reason alone, I will continue to come back to this store . read more

I used to be 210 lbs! I lost 70 lbs but was still wearing bras & underwear from the "fat girl store!" I was too embarrassed to go into Victorias Secret because I thought maybe I was still too big! My daughter shops PINK so one day I finally decided to venture into the VS side. I met Caitlin. she made me feel so comfortable with trying on VS bras! She measured me & got me in a great fitting bra! Also taught me the correct way to wear a bra which greatly lessened the pain & fatigue in my back! It's a good store clean & very organized with the exception of bags/accessories are sprinkled everywhere! But someone like Caitlin makes a store great! read more

Horrible customer service. Rude , inefficient staff. Will not shop there again. I purchased 14 gift sets from there and was told that it is company policy that they can not give more than 2 bags per transaction. The cashier offered to put in gift boxes and tissues but on reaching home I realized she had put in 1 gift box and 5 sheets of tissue for 14 gift sets. I called the manager who absolutely refused to do anything about it- "Ofcourse, I could go back to the store with my receipt and get those extra boxes. The gift bags are very expensive and not meant to be given away as extras". When I tried to point out that I was not asking for any extras, she started blaming me for being rude to her. WATCH OUT WHEN YOU USE /OPEN VS's CARD !!!! They try to rip off your money!!!! I've been apply and cancelled it (first time was few years ago )then I try to apply VS's card again but they did the same shit ! After apply card approved , I purchase some items at store , then 2 months later I get a bill with amount I purchased plus late fees and interest . I called customer service asked them why didn't you send me bill at the first circle month instead of second circle month ? If I had bill I will pay because I don't want to pay extra anything, the girl on the phone give me attitude like I'm lied, she said it was my fault because I didn't pay on time ... no bill how do I know to pay ?!?! Of course I canceled it !Then I payed for full amount plus late fee and interest ;( before due date 3 days ! Then the next circle month I have another bill because I pay late !!! Seriously ? 3 days BEFORE DUE DAYS still get charged ? I called customer service again they said even I pay early due 3 days but when they work on it , they need few days .... Wtf ? I've been coming to the pheasant lane mall since I was a kid. Since the Victoria's Secret expanded, every person with a brain has left the store. When I OR any other customer come to buy lingerie at VS, I assume the staff knows the likelihood of someone sending over $100 is high. So why are customers treated like a nuisance? At this VS, there is a high amount of staff, yet each one seems to be running around like a chicken with their head cut off, or doing nothing. Today I came to buy the tshirt bra in 3 different sizes. On the Vs website, it comes in virtually every color, so imagine my surprise when I ask an attendent if they have anymore in my size in white, and she tells me the bra doesnt come in white because "white can be seen through everything". Well, this is simply an opinion first off, but second there's one in white sitting next to me amongst the 32As. She tells me that's a rarity because white is too visable. OK- well I'm not concerned with visability through clothes, I just want a white bra. So I ask her where can I find a bra that is similar in white. She says "that's what I was about to tell you, go in this room" and points. Great-thanks for your help. I walk around checking out the other bras, and another girl approaches me. I ask her again about a white bra with no padding, no lace, etc. She leads me to the pink sizes, starts to tell me about the quality difference, and midsentence--this is just an assumption-- gets a call over her head seat and starts a new statement to no one in particular, and walks away. Awesome. Then I wait in a line of 10 people with 2 cashiers. Today, they are giving away free panty coupons at the counter. This means you leave the register and come back with a panty, and they ring it up. As you can imagine this takes forever, sending customers all over the store. VS PHEASANT LANE: teach your girls customer service and work on work flow. Get some women in there who care about helping people, like you had at your old location. Thanks. read more

I called this store directly before I went and they said I would not need an ID to return the items I bought as long as I had a receipt. When I got there I went up to the side cash register, the clerk standing behind the counter rudely told me they were ringing only upfront. I then went upfront where they wouldn't look up my account with VS because I didn't have my license but i had a picture ID with my name on it they wouldn't accept. I went through an ordeal trying to have them CREDIT back my CREDIT CARD with them (I didn't want any cash so I don't understand the issue). Let's just say I will order on line rather than go back into this store. read more

I love the staff here at VS in the pheasant lane mall. They are so polite and helpful. Bra shopping isnt always the funniest thing to do but these girls make sure you leave with the most comfortable bra and the correct size. They also make your experience a fun one! They are always smiling and laughing and truly work together as a team. read more

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I have a hard time finding bras in my size, and when I came into the store it was no different. After a bad experience at AE in the mall 5 minutes before. A saleswoman came up and asked me if I needed assistance very quickly. Her name was Janice. I told her the size, style and color I was needing, abd she double checked rhe drawers, and was unable to find them also. She let me know she was going to check the back, abd recommended I look at a similar stlye in a better quality while I wait. She wasn't gone long, and came out with exactly what I was looking for! She asked if I would like a second one since they were on a two for special. I asked for the same in a black and 30 seconds later she comes out with one. She was so sweet and so helpful! its a hit or miss with vs, sometimes you get the good salespersons and sometimes not, lately, i guess it depends on their mood.the young girls behind the counter should be helping customers and offering assistance from the front of the store, cashwrap and fitting rooms and well as keeping organized.its up to the management to straighten that out, as for me i would not tolerate that one bit.i frequent when there is a semi annual sale or i have a coupon, thats it. read more
